Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, lama usaha, dan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pengusaha industri knalpot serta mengidentifikasi variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha industri knalpot di Kabupaten Purbalingga, Metode Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan pelaksanaanya menggunakan teknik kuisioner dan wawancara. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengusaha industri knalpot di Kabupaten Purbalingga dan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus solvin sehingga di dapatkan 70 pengusaha industri knalpot. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
	Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, lama usaha dan e-commerce mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha industri knalpot di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha industri knalpot adalah modal.
	Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas perlu adanya peningkatan modal agar pendapatan pengusaha meningkat dan untuk mendapatkan modal yang lebih tinggi pemerintah atau lembaga keuangan lainperlu mengadakan pinjaman modal dengan bunga yang ringan agar industri knalpot di Kabupaten Purbalingga bisa lebih berkembang.

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital, the amount of labor, the length of business, and e-commerce to the income of the exhaust industry entrepreneurs as well as identify which variables are most influential on the income of exhaust industry entrepreneurs in Purbalingga regency, This research method is descriptive quantitative and implementation using techniques questionnaires and interviews. The study was conducted in Purbalingga District. The population of this research is the exhaust industry entrepreneur in Purbalingga Regency and in the sampling using solvin formula so that get 70 industrial entrepreneur exhaust. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method.
	The result of analysis shows that the capital, the number of manpower, the length of business and e-commerce have a positive and significant influence to the income of exhaust industry entrepreneurs in Purbalingga Regency. The most influential variable to the income of exhaust industry entrepreneurs is capital.
	The implications of the above conclusions need to increase the capital so that the income of the entrepreneurs increases and to obtain higher capital of government or other financial institutions to hold a capital loan with a light interest so that the exhaust industry in Purbalingga regency can be more developed.
