Saat ini hampir setiap aspek kehidupan manusia tak lepas dari bantuan teknologi komputer, salah satunya dalam bidang kesehatan. sistem pakar adalah salah satu cabang kecerdasan buatan yang mempelajari bagaimana memindahkan pengetahuan manusia ke dalam komputer sehingga komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang dilakukan oleh pakar dan membantu membuat kesimpulan atau keputusan dari sejumlah fakta yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini dibangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi penyakit tulang pada manusia dengan metode forward chaining. Agar memudahkan pasien, sistem ini akan menampilkan hasil identifikasi berupa nama penyakit, penjelasan penyakit, dan solusi penyakit setelah pasien memilih gejala-gejala yang dialami. Sistem pakar ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta terdiri dari tiga level penggguna yaitu administrator, pakar, dan pengguna.

Currently almost every aspect of human life can’t be separate from the help of computer technology, including health. Expert system is one of the branches of artificial intelligence that learn how to move human knowledge into a computer so that the computer can resolve problems as was done by experts and help make the conclusions or decisions of a number of facts. In this study built an expert system that can identify bone disease in humans with forward chaining method. In order to facilitate the patient, this system will display the results of the identification of the name of the disease, explanation of disease, and disease solution after the patient chose the symptoms experienced. This expert system is built with PHP programming language and MySQL database, and consists of three levels of users who are administrators, experts, and users.
