ANALYSIS OF SALTED EGGS BUSINESS EFFICIENCY IN PAKIJANGAN VILLAGE, BULAKAMBA SUBDISTRICT, BREBES REGENCY (A Case Study of Salted Eggs Business in Pakijangan Village)

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa usaha telur asin di Desa Pakijangan, Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes pada tingkat pertama, kedua, dan ketiga menguntungkan. Usaha telur asin di Desa Pakijangan, Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes di setiap tingkatnya telah mencapai efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang tinggi, para pengusaha di tingkat I mampu menjaga kualitas, kadar, dan rasa telur asin untuk menjaga continuitas konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa usaha telur asin di Desa Pakijangan, Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes pada tingkat pertama, kedua, dan ketiga menguntungkan. Usaha telur asin di Desa Pakijangan, Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes di setiap tingkatnya telah mencapai efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang tinggi, para pengusaha di tingkat I mampu menjaga kualitas, kadar, dan rasa telur asin untuk menjaga continuitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber rujukan dan tambahan informasi bagi banyak pihak. Salah satunya dari Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perdagangan serta Dinas Peternakan di Kabupaten Brebes yang sekiranya mampu memberi program-program ataupun inovasi terkait dengan peningkatan hasil produksi terhadap pengembangan usaha telur asin. Terlebih, bagi pelaku usaha itu sendiri hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi peternak itik untuk mengevaluasi pola dalam beternak agar hasil produksi telur itik bisa lebih mencukupi kebutuhan para usaha telur asin.

One of agriculture sub sector is husbandry which has quite big role in supporting economy in Indonesia. In Central Java, Brebes District has abundant and equal potency of duck breeding outputs in most each sub district. From 1.778 duck breeders who are in Brebes, society business group can produce one of breeding product such as salted egg. In managing salted egg business, the salted egg entrepreneurs have not calculated all input costs right so they just think about its netto income only without considering business efficiency level they are running. Whereas, efficiency is crucial to be calculated in order to minimize cost and maximize profits. Based on the research results obtained conclusion as salted egg business in Pakijangan Village, Bulakamba Subdistrict of Brebes Regency on the first, second, and third level are profitable. Salted egg business in Pakijangan Village, Bulakamba Subdistrict of Brebes Regency in both every level have reached the economic efficiency. The results of this research proves that to obtain a high profit, the entrepreneurs on level I able to maintain the quality, grade, and taste of salted eggs to maintain the continuity of consumers. The results of this study can be a source of reference and additional information for many parties. One of them from the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, and Trade and the Animal Husbandry Department in Brebes District that able to provide programs or innovation associated with increased production of salted egg production business. Moreover, for the business itself the results of this study can be a reference for duck breeders to evaluate the pattern in breeding so that the production of duck eggs can be more sufficient to the needs of salted egg business.
