Penelitian ini berjudul ’’Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Usahatani Kedelai di Desa Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas’’. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, tenaga kerja, bibit, pupuk, dan pestisida terhadap jumlah produksi dalam kegiatan usahatani kedelai, 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi dalam kegiatan usahatani kedelai, 3) untuk mengetahui apakah usahatani kedelai di desa Somagede sudah efisien secara ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 petani kedelai di desa Somagede dengan metode simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas, analisis efisiensi alokatif, dan analisis efisiensi ekonomi dengan analisi R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: penggunaan faktor produksi berupa luas lahan, tenaga kerja, bibit, pupuk, dan pestisida secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kedelai dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 28,719. Dengan α = 0,10, secara parsial faktor produksi luas lahan, bibit dan pestisida berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kedelai, tetapi faktor produksi luas tenaga kerja dan pupuk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kedelai. Hubungan penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi dengan produksi kedelai dinyatakan dalam model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas, sebagai berikut: Efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, bibit dan pestisida belum efisien. Hasil analisis efisiensi ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa usahatani kedelai di Desa Somagede sudah efisien secara ekonomi dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,4.

This research entitled ''Analysis Eficiency of Usage Input Production on Soybean Farming in Somagede Village of  Banyumas Regency''. The purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the influence of the land area, labor, seed, fertilizer, and pesticides against soybean production in Somagede village of Banyumas Regency, 2) to analyze the level of efficiency of the use of factors of production in the form of land, the amount of labor, the number of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides used in the production of soybeanin Somagede village of Banyumas Regency, 3) to analyze the levels of economic efficiency of soybean farming in Somagede villageof Banyumas Regency. The research method used is survey method with primary data obtained through interview and questionnaire. The sample used in this research are 38 soybean farmers in Somagede village with simple random sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are Cobb-Douglas production function analysis, allocative efficiency analysis, and economic efficiency analysis with R / C ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that: the use of production factors in the form of land area, labor, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides together significantly affect the production of soybeans with a value of Fcount of 28.719. With α = 0,10, partially production factor of land area, seeds and pesticide have significant effect to soybean production, but production factor of labor and fertilizer have no significant effect to soybean production. The relationship between the use of production factors and soybean production is expressed in the Cobb-Douglas production function model as follows: Efficient use of production factors indicates that the use of production factors of land area, seeds and pesticides has not been efficient. The result of economic efficiency analysis shows that soybean farming in Somagede village is economically efficient with R / C ratio of 1.4.
