GEOLOGI DAN ANALISIS DAYA DUKUNG PONDASI PADA PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN CINERE TERRACE SUITES (CTS) DEPOK PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Penerapan ilmu geologi dalam menunjang kemantapam suatu bangunan sarana masyarakat dirasa sangat diperlukan, salah satunya analisis daya dukung pondasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kondisi geologi daerah penelitian dan melakukan analisis daya dukung pondasi pada ada pembangunan Apartemen Cinere Terrace Suites (CTS) Depok. Metode penelitian meliputi Studi Literatur berupa pengumpulan data pendukung. Penelitian lapangan meliputi pemetaan permukaan, dan pengambilan data lapangan berupa data CPT, Bor, SPT, dan sample tanah. Analisis laboratorium meliputi Uji Atterberg, Uji Berat Spesifik tanah, Analisis Ukuran Butir, dan Uji Geser Langsung. Analisis Studio berupa analisis Geomorfologi. Analisis daya dukung pondasi menggunakan metode Terzaghi dan data CPT menggunakan metode L. Herminier. Hasil penelitian yaitu Geologi daerah penelitian terdiri dari 2 satuan geomorfologi, dan 4 formasi batuan, Berdasarkan analisis daya dukung pondasi raft metode Terzaghi didapat daya dukung izin sebesar 78,97608 ton/m2 (DB1) dan 32,4385 ton/m2 (DB2), sedangkan metode L. Herminier didapat nilai daya dukung izin 55,5556 ton/m2 di semua titik pengukuran CPT. Beban keseluruhan gedung adalah 32,4 ton/m2. Hasil analisis daya dukung pondasi di kedua metode menunjukan nilai daya dukung izin lebih besar dari beban gedung, yang dimana tanah dan pondasi layak menahan beban keseluruhan gedung.

The application of geological sciences in supporting stability of public facility buildings is felt very necessary, which one of them is bearing capacity of foundations. This research goals is to explain geological aspect of research area, and to analyze the foundation bearing capacity of Cinere Terrace Suites (CTS) Apartment building at Depok. This research start from literature study includes supporting data gathering. Field research include surface mapping, and data gathering, include CPT, Bore log, and soil sample. Laboratory analysis include Atterberg Test, specific gravity test, grain size analysis, and direct shear analysis. Studio analysis includes geomorphology analysis. Foundation bearing capacity analysis includes Terzaghi method, and CPT data using L. Herminier method. The results is Geology of the research area is formed from 2 geomorphological units, and 4 rock formations. Based on raft foundation bearing capacity with Terzaghi method obtained the value of allowed bearing capacity of 78,97608 ton/m2 (DB1) and 32,4385 ton/m2 (DB2), while L. Herminier method obtained value of 55,5556 ton/m2 in all CPT measurement points. The overall load value of the building is 32,4 ton/m2.The results of the foundation bearing capacity analysis in both methods show that the allowed bearing capacity values are greater than the building overall load, which is where the soil and foundation are able to withstand the overall load of the building.
