HUBUNGAN GANGGUAN MAKAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KONSUMSI ENERGI PROTEIN DAN STATUS GIZI PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA DI SLB KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Latar Belakang : Ganguan makan yang sering ditemukan pada anak dengan tuna grahita diantaranya makan berlebih, sedikit, menghindari makanan tertentu, memilih makanan tertentu, makan dengan cepat, membuang makanan dengan sengaja. Sekitar 79,16 % anak tuna grahita sering defisit energi dan protein dan berdampak pada status gizi kurang. Tujuan Penelitian : Menganalisis hubungan ganguan makan terhadap tingkat konsumsi energi protein dan status gizi anak Tunagrahita di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) di Kabupaten Banyumas Metodologi Penelitian : Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel 53 anak yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Pengukuran status gizi menggunakan IMT/U, tingkat konsumsi diukur dengan food recall 1 x 24 dengan dua kali pengulangan, dan gangguan makan diukur dengan kusioner gangguan makan. Analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil : Responden mempunyai gangguan makan dengan resiko rendah (52,8 %), asupan energi yang kurang (69,8%), asupan protein lebih (37,7 %), asupan protein kurang (35,8 %), status gizi normal (50,9%) dan 37,7 % status gizi yang lebih. Hasil bivariat menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara ganggguan makan dengan tingkat asupan energi (p= 0,354), protein (p=0,541) dan status gizi (p=0,334). Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan gangguan makan dengan tingkat konsumsi energi, protein dan status gizi . Kata kunci : Anak Tunagrahita, Gangguan Makan, Tingkat Konsumsi.

Background: Common eating disorders found in children with disabilities including overeating, low consumption, avoiding certain foods, choosing specific foods, eating too fast, deliberately discharging food, about 79.16% of children with impairment are often deficient in energy and protein and have impact on low nutritional status. Objective : To analyze the correlation of eating disorder with protein energy consumption level and nutritional status of children with mental disability in school of disability (SLB) in Banyumas Regency. Methods : A cross sectional study design with a sample of 53 children selected with purposive sampling. Measurement of nutritional status using BMI/A, consumption level measured with food recall 1 x 24 hours with repeat two times, eating disorders measured by eating disorders questionnaire. Bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Results: Respondents Had a low-risk eating disorders (52.8%), had less energy intake (69.8%), excess protein intake (37.7%), had less protein intake (35.8%) , had normal nutritional status (50.9%) and 37.7 % had overweight nutritional status. There is no correlation of eating disorders with the level of energy consumption (p= 0.354), protein (p=0.541) dan status gizi (p=0.334). Conclusion : There is no correlation of eating disorders with the level of energy consumption, protein and nutritional status.
