Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas kolam, tenaga kerja, benih dan pakan terhadap produksi pembenihan ikan gurame, serta mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi pembenihan di Desa Beji Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan pelaksanaannya menggunakan teknik survei. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Beji. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para usahatani pembenihan ikan gurame sebanyak 34  usahatani pembenihan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, profitabilitas dan efisiensi.
Hasil analisis regresi dapat diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor berpengaruh signifikan adalah jumlah tenaga kerja, benih dan pakan yang digunakan selama proses pembenihan, Berdasarkan hasil uji F (secara bersama-sama) dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji simultan secara bersama-sama variabel luas kolam, tenaga kerja, induk, dan pakan berpengaruh signifikan. Secara ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa usahatani pembenihan gurame di daerah penelitian sudah cukup menguntungkan, rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp1.811.176 dan biaya produksi sebesar Rp727.132, maka pendapatan/keuntungan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar Rp1.084.044. Juga dapat dilihat dari angka R/C rasio yang diperoleh lebih besar dari satu yaitu sebesar 2,49.
Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usahatani pembenihan gurame di Desa Beji Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas layak untuk lebih dikembangkan lagi, luas kolam tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi pembenihan ikan gurame di Desa Beji. Semakin besar luas kolam maka tingkat penggunaan sumber daya tersebut menjadi tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu, harus terus dibina dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Induk pakan dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi pembenihan ikan gurame di Desa Beji. Untuk meningkatkan usahataninya, petani perlu memperhatikan jumlah induk pakan dan tenaga kerja yang sesuai standar digunakan petani selama proses pembenihan, apabila petani pembenihan gurame ingin meningkatkan usahataninya, maka perlu memperhatikan faktor tenaga kerja, induk dan pakan yang digunakan dalam proses usahatani pembenihan gurame.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the area of ponds, labor, seed and feed on the production of carp hatchery, size identify the most influential variable of hatchery production in Beji Village, Kedungbanteng Sub-district, Banyumas Regency. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative and its implementation using survey technique . The study was conducted in Beji Village. The population of this research is farming hatchery farming as much as 34 hatchery farming. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression.
	Regression analysis results can be seen that the factors have a significant effect is the amount of labor, seed and feed used during the hatchery process, Based on the results of F test (collectively) can be concluded that simultaneous test together variables pool area, labor , seeds, and feed have a significant effect. The result of the analysis shows that the carp breeding farm in the research area is quite profitable, the average revenue is Rp 1,811,176 and the production cost is Rp727,132, the income / profit is Rp1.084.044. This can be seen from the number R / C ratio obtained greater than one that is equal to 2.49.
The implication in this research is farming hatchery farming in Beji Village, Kedungbanteng Sub-district, Banyumas Regency is feasible to be further developed, the width of the pond has no significant effect on the production of fish carp in Beji Village. The larger the pool area then the level of use of these resources becomes not maximal. Therefore, it should continue to be fostered in order to improve the welfare of the community. Seeds of feed and labor have a significant effect on hatchery production in Beji Village. To increase the farming, farmers need to pay attention to the number of seeds of feed and labor standards that farmers use during the hatchery process. if farmers of hatchery farmers want to increase their farming, they need to pay attention to the factors of labor, seed and feed used in the process of gouramy hatchery farming.
