EVALUASI PENERAPAN PELAYANAN FARMASI KLINIK DI APOTEK KOTA PURWOKERTO

Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, apoteker harus menerapkan standar yang telah ditetapkan pada Permenkes RI No 35 Tahun 2014. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang penerapan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek Kota Purwokerto berdasarkan Permenkes RI No 35 Tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek Kota Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode stratified sampling kemudian dilakukan pemilihan sampel secara acak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 apotek. Responden penelitian adalah Apoteker Pengelola Apotek atau Apoteker Pendamping di apotek yang telah ditetapkan. Cara pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dari standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yaitu pelayanan farmasi klinik. Seluruh data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan rata-rata skor penerapan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek Kota Purwokerto pada tahun 2017 adalah 72,44% termasuk kategori cukup. Penerapan setiap kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek Kota Purwokerto yaitu pengkajian resep 95,25%; dispensing 88,07%; pelayanan informasi obat (PIO) 56,25%; konseling 89,02%; pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah (home pharmacy care) 40,26%; pemantauan terapi obat (PTO) 31,17%; dan monitoring efek samping obat 24,24%.

A pharmacist should apply the standards that have been regulated by Permenkes RI No 35 Year 2014 when performing pharmaceutical care in pharmacy. Therefore, evaluation of clinical pharmaceutical service according to Permenkes RI No 35 Year 2014 is needed to assess the practice of pharmacist in Pharmacy at Purwokerto. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical pharmaceutical services in pharmacies of Purwokerto. This study was a descriptive study with cross sectional method. The sampling technique was stratified sampling. Random sampling selection was conducted with 44 pharmacies. Respondents was the appointed pharmacists (APA) or co-pharmacists (APING) in pharmacies of Purwokerto. Evaluation of clinical pharmaceutical services was measured by Clinical Pharmaceutical Service in Pharmacy Questionnaire. The data was analyzed descriptively. The result showed that clinical pharmacy service in pharmacy of Purwokerto during 2017 was at the level of “fair” with an average was 72,44%. Clinical pharmaceutical service in pharmacy of Purwokerto included drug prescribing 95,25%; drug dispensing 88,07%; drug information services 56,25%; patient counseling 89,02%; home pharmacy care 40,26%; monitoring of drug therapy 31,17%; and monitoring of drug side effects 24,24%.
