Implementasi kebijakan merupakan tahap yang sangat penting dalam proses kebijakan publik. Tujuan dari suatu kebijakan yang telah disusun sebelumnya dapat tercapai atau tidak, akan nampak dalam tahap ini. Implementasi kebijakan pada prinsipnya merupakan cara agar sebuah kebijakan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Respon Kelompok Sasaran, Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana, dan Daya Dukung Lingkungan terhadap Idealized Policy Jam Malam Pada Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan perhitungan statistik Korelasi Kendall Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendall W dan Regresi Ordinal.
Hasil analisis penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ordinal menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara variabel Respon Kelompok Sasaran terhadap Idealized Policy sebesar 44 persen; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana terhadap Idealized Policy sebesar 85 persen; (3) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara variabel Daya Dukung Lingkungan terhadap Idealized Policy sebesar 59 persen; (4) Terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara variabel Respon Kelompok Sasaran, Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana, dan Daya Dukung Lingkungan secara bersama-sama terhadap Idealized Policy sebesar 15,1 persen.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Respon Kelompok Sasaran terhadap Idealized Policy Jam Malam Pada Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana terhadap Idealized Policy Jam Malam Pada Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Daya Dukung Lingkungan terhadap Idealized Policy Jam Malam Pada Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, serta pengaruh secara bersama-sama Respon Kelompok Sasaran, Kemampuan Organisasi Pelaksana, dan Daya Dukung Lingkungan terhadap Idealized Policy Jam Malam Pada Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.

Policies implementation is an important part in the public policy process. In this part the achived of purpose of a previously prepared policy will be seen. Implementation of policies in principle is a way for a policy to achieve its objectives. This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of Target Group Response, Organizational Ability Implementer, and Environmental Supporting Power of Idealized Policy Night Clock At Student Activities Jenderal Soedirman University. Survey method approach in quantitative research method is uses to analyse this research, there are data collection technique through questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used using Kendall Tau-c Correlation statistics, Correlation of Kendall W Concordance and Ordinal Regression.
The results of research and data analysis using ordinal regression analysis showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Target Group Response variable to Idealized Policy of 44 percent; (2) There is positive and significant influence between Implementation Organization Capability variable to Idealized Policy of 85 percent; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the Variables of Environmental Supportability to Idealized Policy of 59 percent; (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the Target Group Response, Organizational Ability, and Environmental Capacity Support to Idealized Policy of 15,1 percent.
Based on the results of the research can be concluded that there are positive and significant influence between the Target Group Response to Idealized Policy Night Hour on Student Activity of Jenderal Soedirman University, Ability of Implementing Organization against Idealized Policy Night Hour at Student Activities of JenderalSoedirman University, Environmental Supporting Power to Idealized Policy Night Hour Student Activity of Jenderal Soedirman University, and influence together Response Target Group, Organizational Ability of Implementer, and Environmental Capacity Support to Idealized Policy Night Hour at Student Activities Jenderal Soedirman University.
