HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT TENTANG PENGKAJIAN NYERI DENGAN KELENGKAPAN DOKUMENTASI PENGKAJIAN NYERI DI  RSUD PROF. ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Dalam pengkajian nyeri , penting dilakukan pengkajian yang lengkap. Pengkajian yang lengkap dicatat dalam lembar dokumentasi keperawatan. Kelengkapan dokumentasi sangat mendukung pelayan pasien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang pengkajian nyeri dengan  kelengkapan dokumentasi pengkajian nyeri di RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto 
Metode:  Penelitian observasi korelasi ini dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan melibatkan 88 responden, sampel diambil secara acak dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan pengisian kuisioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan dengan chi square. 
Hasil: Berdasarkan karakteristik responden sebagian besar perawat di RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto adalah perempuan (58%). Rentang usia perawat terbanyak usia dewasa awal (26-35 tahun) 43,2% Pendidikan sebagian besar D3 Keperawatan (71,6%). Rata-rata masa kerja adalah 5-10 tahun (40,9%). Pengetahuan perawat dalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri dalam kategori cukup (55,7%). Kelengkapan dokumentasi pengkajian nyeri mencapai 64,8%. Hasil  analisis chi square test pengetahuan perawat  tentang pengkajian nyeri dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi nyeri di RSUD Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto diperoleh nilai p = 0,039 (p<0,05). 
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat  tentang pengkajian nyeri dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi pengkajian nyeri.

ABSTRACT

Background: In the study of pain, it is important that studies be done. Study of the complete logged in the nursing documentation sheet. The completeness of the documentation is very supportive of the servant of the patient. As for the purpose of this research is to know the relationship of the level of knowledge of the nurse about pain assessment with the completeness of the documentation for the study of pain in the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto
Methods: observational Research correlation is with the approach of Cross Sectional involving 88 respondents, sample taken randomly with simple random sampling techniques using filling questionnaire. Statistical tests used by chi square.
Results: based on characteristics of the respondents the majority of nurses in Hospitals, Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is female (58%). Age range of most nurses early adulthood (26-35) 43.2% of education most of the D3 Nursing (71.6%). Average working period is 5-10 years (40.9%). Nursing knowledge in conducting studies on pain in the category quite (55.7%). The completeness of the documentation for the study of pain reached 64.8%. The results of the analysis of the chi square test of knowledge about pain assessment nurse with the completeness of the documentation of pain in the Provincial Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto retrieved value p = 0.039 (p < 0.05).
Conclusion: there is a relationship between nurse's knowledge about pain assessment with the completeness of the documentation for the study of pain.
