EFEKTIFITAS MEDIA VIDEO TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA MELAKUKAN ROM PADA PASIEN POST STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI RSUD PROF. DR. MARGONO SOEKARJO

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Rehabilitasi pasien post stroke salah satunya adalah dengan terapi ROM. Keterlibatan keluarga pasien sangat diperlukan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga adalah dengan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan. Media yang di mungkinkan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga adalah media video.
Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui efektifitas pendidikan kesehatan dengan media video terhadap kemampuan keluarga melakukan ROM pada pasien post stroke non hemoragik.
Metodologi: Penelitian pre experiment bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan one group pre post test design. Populasi penelitian keluarga pasien post stroke non hemoragik. Jumlah sampel 28 orang diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner ceklist. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan analysis repeated Anova.
Hasil Penelitian: Karakteristik keluarga pasien sebagian besar berumur antara 36 – 45 tahun (46,4%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (57,1%) dan berpendidikan SMP (42,9%). Rerata skor kemampuan keluarga dalam melakukan latihan ROM sebelum dilakukan intervensi 4,6. Skor rerata setelah intervensi pertama adalah 28,5. Rerata skor setelah intervensi kedua adalah 48.5. Nilai signifikansi dari hasil analisis adalah p: 0,00 ( < 0,05).
Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media video efektiftas meningkatkan kemampuan kelurga melakukan ROM di RSUD Margono Soekarjo.

ABSTRACT
Background: Rehabilitation of patients post stroke one is with therapy. the patient's family Involvement indispensable. Efforts to upgrade the family really needed them done by enhancing the knowledge and skills of families through health education activities. Some media is a pretty effective health education to increase knowledge, attitude to practice is the video.
Objective: To know the effectiveness of health education video media against the ability of familiy doing a ROM in patients post stroke non hemoragik.
Methodology: Research of the quantitative nature of the experiment with pre approach one group pre post test design. The population of family research patients post stroke non hemoragik. The number of samples 28 people taken using the technique of consecutive sampling. Instruments questionnaire research checklist.Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariat.
Results: The patient's family the majority aged between 36 – 45 year 13 people (46.4%), female 16-sex people (57.1%) and educated JUNIOR 12 (42.9%). The average score on the ability of the family in exercising the ROM before the intervention, having first intervention 4.6 28.5 and after the second intervention 48.5. Health education using video media are effective in enhancing the ability of families do Rome in stroke patients of non hemoragik (p = 0.00).
Conclusions: There is a difference in the ability of the family doing a ROM in patients post stroke non hemoragik between before and after the given health education using video media.
