ASEAN Plus Three (ASEAN+3 /APT) adalah forum kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh negara-negara yang berada di kawasan Asia Tenggara dan tiga negara dari Asia Timur seperti China, Jepang dan Korea Selatan. Kerjasama APT merupakan dampak dari krisis keuangan yang melanda kawasan ini pada tahun 1997, dan juga karena kepentingan strategis negara-negara di kawasan dan momentum lebih lanjut untuk pembentukan kemitraan ini. Tujuan utama penyelenggaraan kerjasama internasional adalah untuk memenuhi kepentingan nasional suatu negara yang tidak ada di rumah. Untuk itu, sebuah negara perlu mendamaikan kepentingan kerja sama internasional dengan interstate nasional. Perbedaan yang dimiliki masing-masing negara sebagai teknologi, tingkat harga, struktur ekonomi, dan struktur perdagangan internasional. . Tapi juga, Kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh APT menyebabkan berbagai dampak baik positif maupun negatif.

ASEAN Plus Three (ASEAN+3/APT) is a forum of cooperation that undertaken by countries that are in the Southeast Asian region and three countries from East Asian such as China, Japan and South Korea. APT co-operation was the impact of the financial crisis that hit the region in 1997, and also due to the strategic interests of countries in the region and further momentum to the formation of this partnership. The main purpose of the holding of international cooperation is to comply with the national interest of a country that does not have at home. To that end, a country needs to reconcile the interests of international cooperation with national interstate. The differences possessed by each country such as technology, price levels, economic structure, will lead to social and political basis of the needs that will be mutually beneficial, then there was an exchange process that occurs widely and is known as the process of international trade. But also, Cooperation performed by APT cause various impacts both positive and negative impacts.
