A Limited Liability Company in running its activities has an obligation to consider the social and environment aspect by implement Act Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company. This research was conducted with the aim to know the social and environmental responsibility based on Article 74 of Act Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company in PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Tangerang.The approach method used is to use normative juridical approach with qualitative normative analysis. Methods of data data used literature study and documentary studies and interviews as supporting data. The data collected is then presented in the form of narrative text and arranged systematically. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Tangerang has implemented Corporate Social Responsibility in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Article 74 of Act Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company and Regulation of State Minister of State Owned Number Per-03 / MBU / 12/2016 concerning Partnership Program of Business Entity State-Owned Enterprises with Small Enterprises and Community Development Programs as their implementing regulations with funds derived from a maximum allowance of 4% (four percent) through Partnership Program and Community Development Program.
