Penelitian ini berjudul “Perlindungan Hukum Pekerja Industri Bulu Mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja industri bulu mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga, untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan dalam pemberian perlindungan hukum pada pekerja industry bulu mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konsep. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang “Perlindungan Hukum Pekerja Industri Bulu Mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga” maka simpulan sebagai berikut: Bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja industri bulu mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga sudah diberikan namun belum optimal, masih ada beberapa perusahaan yang belum melaksanakan ketentuan perundang-undangan tentang perlindungan hukum ketenagakerjaan, sesuai dengan: Pelaksanaan perlindungan waktu kerja, Pelaksanaan perlindungan upah, Pelaksanaan perlindungan sosial, dan Pelaksanaan perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan terhadap pekerja industri bulu mata di Kabupaten Purbalingga meliputi, hambatan eksteren dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja yaitu: terbatasnya jumlah pegawai yang ada khususnya pada bidang ketenagakerjaan yang menyebabkan kurangnya pengawasan dalam melaksanakan perlindungan hukum, kurangnya intensitas sosialisasi perlindungan hukum preventif dan kurang tegasnya pemberian sanksi pada perusahaan yang melanggar peraturan. Hambatan interen dari pihak pengusaha yang tidak mentaati peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja, Perusahaan lebih tertutup dan sulit untuk memberikan informasi tentang kondisi yang terjadi di perusahaan.

This research entitled "Protection of Legal Industry Workers of Eyelashes in Purbalingga District". The purpose of this research is to know the form of legal protection to eyelashes industry workers in Purbalingga regency, to know the obstacles in providing legal protection to eyelash industry workers in Purbalingga District. This research uses normative juridical method with approach of legislation and concept.
Based on the results of research and discussion on "Protection of Legal Industry Workers of Eyelashes in Purbalingga" the conclusion as follows: Legal protection of eyelashes industry workers in Purbalingga Regency has been given but not yet optimal, there are still some companies that have not implemented the law On the protection of labor law, in accordance with: Implementation of work-time protection, Implementation of wage protection, Implementation of social protection, and Implementation of safety and health safeguards. Obstacles in the implementation of protection of eyelashes industry workers in Purbalingga District include, the external obstacles of the Office of Manpower, namely: the limited number of existing employees, especially in the field of employment that causes lack of supervision in implementing legal protection, lack of intensity socialization preventive law protection and less firmly granting Sanctions on companies that violate regulations. Internal obstacles from entrepreneurs who do not comply with laws and regulations governing the legal protection of eyelash industry workers in Purbalingga District, the Company is more closed and difficult to provide information about the conditions that occur in the company. This is done so that companies avoid sanctions if they do not implement the protection of workers' law covering work time protection, wage protection, social protection, and health and safety protection.
