Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tunjangan Profesi Guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu terhadap Tingkat Konsumsi Keluarga”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu terhadap tingkat konsumsi keluarga dan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel selain tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu terhadap tingkat konsumsi keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan salah satu sumber informasi dan masukan bagi pemerintah dalam menentukan kebijakan di bidang pendidikan, khususnya yang berkenaan dengan gaji maupun tunjangan guru.
Beberapa variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu per bulan, total pendapatan keluarga per bulan selain tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan rata-rata tabungan per bulan. Ada sejumlah 31 orang guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui metode sensus ke semua guru PNS yang telah mendapatkan tunjangan profesi di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui observasi dan wawancara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, SMP Negeri 2 Nusawungu, dan SMP Negeri 3 Nusawungu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada skripsi ini adalah menggunakan model persamaan konsumsi dan Ordinary Least Square Model (OLS) dengan analisis regresi sederhana. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan Stata 12, menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada masalah multikolinearitas dan heterokedastisitas pada penelitian ini. Tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu per bulan, total pendapatan keluarga per bulan selain tunjangan profesi guru PNS di SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, dan jumlah anggota keluarga mempunyai efek positif terhadap tingkat konsumsi keluarga per bulan. Sedangkan rata-rata tabungan per bulan memiliki efek negatif terhadap tingkat konsumsi keluarga per bulan.
Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas anatara lain, pemerintah seharusnya mengubah sistem distribusi tunjangan profesi guru PNS lebih baik dari sebelumnya untuk mengurangi masalah ketidaklancaran penerimaan tunjangan profesi guru PNS. Sehingga guru PNS dapat menerima tunjangan tersebut tepat waktu setiap tiga bulan sekali. Para guru PNS sebaiknya menerapkan pengendalian diri yang baik agar tidak cenderung pada pola hidup konsumtif.

The title of this research is “The Effect of Civil Servant Professional Teacher Support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu on the level of Family Consumption”. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu on the level of family consumption and the effect of the other variables beside civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu on the level of family consumption. The result of this study can be used as one source of information and input for the government in determining educational policy, especially related to the salaries and support of teachers.
Some variables are used in this research among others the civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu per month, the total family income per month besides civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, the number of family members, and the average saving per month. There are 31 civil servant teachers that are the respondents in this research. The data are used is the primary data and also the secondary data. The primary data were obtained through census method to all civil servant teachers who have earned a civil servant professional teacher support in SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu with data collectiotn method using questionnaires through observation and interviews. And the secondary data were obtained from SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, SMP Negeri 2 Nusawungu, and SMP Negeri 3 Nusawungu. Data analysis technique that used in this research are the consumption equation and the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model using simple regression analysis.
Based on the result of this research and the data analysis using Stata 12, itcan be shown that there are no multicolinearity and heteroskedasticity problems in this research. The civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu per month, the total family income per month beside civil servant professional teacher support of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, and the number of family members have a positive effect on the level of family consumption per month. But, the average saving per month has a negative effect on the level of family consumption per month.
Government should improve the distribution system of civil servant professional teacher support better than before in order to reduce the disbursement delays problem. So the civil servant professional teacher can receive that support on time every three months. And the teachers should apply a good self-control in order not to tend to the consumptive lifestyle.
