Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini meliputi 21 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013 s.d 2015 yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur, dan Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan faktor yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013 s.d 2015.

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on the performance of the manufacturing company. The population is listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study included 21 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2015 were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance simultaneous positive effect on the performance of manufacturing companies, and Corporate Social Responsibility is a factor that has more influence on the performance of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2015.
