Good Corporate Governance (GCG) merupakan sistem tata kelola perusahaan yang menjelaskan hubungan antara Pemegang Saham, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Manager, Karyawan, dan pihak-pihak yang terkait di dalamnya yang menentukan arah kinerja perusahaan. Penerapan Good Corporate Governance sangat dianjurkan kepada perusahaan dikarenakan fungsinya yang sangat penting guna menciptakan nilai tambah untuk semua stakeholders dan menjadi salah sati kunci sukses perusahaan untuk tumbuh dan menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka peneliti menyusun penelitian dengan judul Penerapan Prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. - Cilacap Plant.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yuridis-normatif. Data sekunder yang telah dikumpulkan, diolah dan disajikan secara sistematis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode normatif kualitatif.
Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. - Cilacap Plant telah menerapkan prinsip dalam Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 3  Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-01/MBU/2011 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik yang meliputi prinsip keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, kemandirian, dan kewajaran.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a system of corporating governance that explains the relationship among shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Managers, Employees and related parties in it that determines the direction of the company's performance. The implementation of  Good Corporate Governance is highly recommended to companies because its function is quite important in order to create added value for all stakeholders and be one of the successfull  keys for growing and profitable company in such a long term. Based on this background, the researcher compiled a study entitled Principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. - Cilacap Plant.
This research was conducted by the method of juridical-normative. Secondary data has been collected, processed and presented systematically. The method of data analysis  was a qualitative normative method.
Based on data of the research, it is found that PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. - Cilacap Plant has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Decree of the Minister of SOE No. PER-01 / MBU / 2011 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance which includes the principles of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness.
