Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui IOFC peternakan rakyat sapi perah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, mengetahui produksi susu sapi perah (liter/hari) di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dan menganalisis hubungan antara IOFC dengan faktor-faktor produksi susu sapi perah rakyat di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian dengan metode survey, pengambilan sampel wilayah dilakukan secara sensus di kecamatn-kecamatan yang memiliki peternakan sapi perah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sebanyak 50 peternak sapi perah. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey, melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung ke lapangan dan wawancara berdasarkan kuisioner. 
Variabel yang diukur yaitu dependen (Y)= IOFC dan independen (X)= masa laktasi, bulan laktasi, jumlah konsentrat dan jumlah hijauan. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dilanjutkan dengan uji t dan uji F. Rata-rata masa laktasi di 4 kecamatan banjarnegara adalah 2,34. Rata-rata bulan laktasi di 4 kecamatan banjarnegara adalah 4,14. Rata-rata produksi susu di  Kabupaten Banjarnegra adalah 9,48 liter/ekor/hari. Rata-rata IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) di peternak rakyat Kabupaten Banjarnegara adalah sebesar Rp. 55.630. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel dependent dengan tingkat kepercayaan 99% (P < 0,01). Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,823 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel independent secara kolektif berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan sebesar 82,3%. Variabel masa laktasi (X1) dan bulan laktasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots).Variabel Pakan Konsentrat (X3) dan Pakan hijauan (X4) berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots) dan variabel pakan konsentrat meningkatkan IOFC.

The study was aimed to find out IOFC a public’s dairy farm in Banjarnegara, to find out dairy milk production (liters / day) in Banjarnegara district and analyze the relationship between IOFC with production factors of dairy  milk production in Banjarnegara district. Research was used survey’s method, sampling was done by census to region in sub districts that have an¬¬ dairy farm in Banjarnegara regency as many as 50 dairy farmers. The method of data collection was conducted by survey method, observation , and interview based questionnaire.
	Measured variables were dependent (Y) = IOFC and independent (X) = lactation, lactation month, the amount of concentrate and forage quantity. Data were processed by multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test and F test average lactation in 4 districts Banjarnegara is 2.34. The average month of lactation in 4 districts banjarnegara is 4.14. Average production of milk in the District Banjarnegra is 9.48 liters / cow / day. On average IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) in Banjarnegara district folk breeder is Rp. 55,630. The results showed that the independent variables had significant effect on the dependent variable with a confidence level of 99% (P <0.01). The results of the analysis of determination coefficient R2 is 0.823 which showed that the independent variables collectively affect the revenue of 82.3%. Variable lactation (X1) and the month of lactation (X2) had not affect the IOFC (Income over feed cots) .Variabel Feed Concentrate (X3) and forage Feed (X4) had affects on IOFC (Income over feed cots), feed concentrates increased IOFC.
