Mahasiswa tingkat akhir seringkali mengalami kecemasan saat menghadapi dunia kerja. Kecemasan pada mahasiswa salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa profesi Ners Unsoed. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Somers’d untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan dan tingkat sosial ekonomi. Sedangkan karakteristik responden menggunakan uji statistik koefisien kontingensi. Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (82,4%), tingkat sosial ekonomi orangtua mayoritas menengah kebawah hingga sedang. Mayoritas mahasiswa profesi Ners Unsoed tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit. Uji statistik Somers’d pada dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa profesi Ners Unsoed menunjukkan p value 0, 036 dan nilai r -0,277.  Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja pada mahasiswa profesi Ners Unsoed. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin rendah kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja.

Senior students  often experienced anxiety to facing the working world. Anxiety on students one of them influenced by social support. This research aims to determine the correlated of social support and the level of anxiety to face a wold of job on Unsoed nurses profession student. This research using design descriptive with cross sectional approach. Sampling use the technique of total sampling with responden are 74 respondents. Analysis data using statistical tests Somers’d to know relations social support with anxiety and social levels economic. While characteristics of respondents use the statistics a coefficient contingency. Based on the result show majority of female (82,4%), economic social levels are medium and medium down. The majority of student nurses profession Unsoed no history of disease. Test Somers’d statistics on social support with the anxiety level of the world of work in professions student nurses Unsoed shows p value of 0,036 and the value of r -0.277. There is a significant correlation between social support and the anxiety level of the world of job on Unsoed nurses profession students. The higher social support then low getting anxiety to facing the working world
