“PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SEDUHAN KOMBINASI DAUN ALPUKAT DAN DAUN KELOR TERHADAP NILAI SGPT TIKUS HIPERLIPIDEMIA”

Latar Belakang: Hiperlipidemia menjadi penyebab utama penyakit pembuluh darah di dunia. Sebagian masyarakat sering menggunakan bahan tradisional yang dipercaya menjaga kesehatan dengan berbagai bentuk sediaan, salah satunya seduhan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian efek kombinasi daun alpukat dan kelor terhadap nilai SGPT dalam keadaan hiperlipidemia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek kombinasi daun alpukat dan kelor terhadap nilai Serum Pyruvate Glutamic Transaminase (SGPT) tikus putih model hiperkolesterolemia. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimental murni dengan desain pre-post test. Sebanyak 36 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan berumur 8-10 minggu, berat badan 150-250 gram dikelompokkan menjadi 6 kelompok. Kelompok A: pakan high food diet (HFD); kelompok B: pakan HFD + sonde seduhan daun alpukat 36mg/200gramBB, kelompok C: pakan HFD + sonde daun alpukat 36mg/200gramBB dan kelor 54mg/200gramBB; kelompok D: pakan HFD + sonde daun alpukat 18mg/200gramBB dan kelor 27mg/200gramBB; kelompok E: pakan HFD + sonde daun kelor dosis 54mg/200gramBB dan kelompok F: pakan HFD + sonde simvastatin 0,18mg/200gramBB. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 7 hari. Analisis hipotesis menggunakan One Way Anova. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan aktivitas SGPT (p = 0,816) antar kelompok. Nilai selisih SGPT paling tinggi pada kelompok tanpa seduhan dan paling rendah pada kelompok alpukat 36mg/200gramBB. Kelompok seduhan kombinasi C dan kelompok kombinasi D menunjukkan nilai selisih SGPT yang hampir sama. Kesimpulan: Kombinasi seduhan daun alpukat dan kelor aman bagi hepar.

Background: Hyperlipidemia has become the main cause of vascular disease in the world. Some people often use traditional materials to maintain health with various products, example steeping method. Avocado and moringa combinations should explore the effect to SGPT value at hyperlipidemia condition. Objective: The aims of this research was to measure the combination effect of Avocado and moringa leaves on Serum Glutamic Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT) of hypercholesterolemic Wistar rats. Methods: This reseach was a true experimental study with pre-post design. Thirty six male Wistar rats aged 8-10 week, weight 150-250 grams were allocated into 6 groups. Group A: High Food Diet (HFD) meal; group B: HFD meal + 36mg/200gramweight avocado leaves-gavage, group C: HFD meal + 36mg/200gramweight avocado leaves and 54mg/200gramweight moringa-gavage; group D: HFD + 18mg/200gramweight avocado leaves and 27mg/200gramweight moringa-gavage; group E: HFD meal + 54mg/200gramweight moringa-gavage and group F: HFD meal + 0,18mg/200gramweight simvastatin-gavage. Data were analysed by One Way ANOVA. Results: The study showed that there were not significant differences in SGPT between groups. Difference SGPT value were highest in group without steeping and lowest in avocadi leaves 36mg/200BBgramweight group . The steeping Group C and group D were showed that almost same difference SGPT value. Conclution: The avocado and moringa leaves steeping combination was safe to the liver.
