Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Pos Pusat Purwokerto”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor pos pusat Purwokerto. 
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan kendall tau- b dan konkoordinasi kendall W serta analisis regresi ordinal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor pos pusat Purwokerto.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu tingkat pendidikan pegawai perlu ditingkatkan dengan memberikan beasiswa atau himbauan kepada pegawai untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Pihak manajemen selain memperhatikan faktor pendidikan formal, juga perlu memperhatikan faktor pendidikan nonformal dari karyawannya, Karena pengetahuan pegawai dapat mendukung efektivitas kerjanya.

The study entitled "The Effect of Education Level Against the Effectiveness of the Work of Employees of the Central Post Office Purwokerto". The purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of level of education towards the effectiveness of the work of Central Post Office clerk in Purwokerto.
This research using quantitative research, with techniques of data collection through the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the kendall tau-b and W kendall konkoordinasi and ordinal regression analysis. Based on the results of quantitative analysis in this research it can be concluded that the level of education a positive effect significantly to the effectiveness of the work of Central Post Office clerk in Purwokerto.
The implications of this research, namely the level of employee education needs to be improved by providing scholarships or advisories to employees to continue their education to a higher level. The management in addition to paying attention to the factor of formal education, also need to pay attention to non-formal education factor from its employees, Because employees can support the effectiveness of knowledge work.
