Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, dan Process Integration Terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management Pada Industri Kecil Dan Menengah Knalpot Purbalingga”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration terhadap kinerja supply chain management  serta, menguji pengaruh variabel process integration terhadap information sharing. 
Sampel yang digunakan adalah 56 industri kecil dan menengah dari seluruh populasi dari 74 industri kecil dan menengah, yang diambil secara simple random sampling dan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis yang dioperasikan oleh Program IBM SPSS Statistics 20. 
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, di dalam Model A, variabel information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management. Dari hasil path analysis yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa; variabel cooperation memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap variabel kinerja supply chain management perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar (0,129), kemudian variabel process integration dengan nilai (0,121), selanjutnya variabel long term relationship (0,113) dan variabel information sharing yang mempunyai pengaruh paling kecil (0,106). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,469 , dengan demikian ke empat variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 46,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. 
Selain itu, dalam Model B, variabel process integration berpengaruh positif terhadap information sharing. Dari hasil path analysis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa, variabel process integration memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,075% terhadap variabel information sharing.

The research is an empirical study entitled “Analysis of Influence Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, and Process Integration on Supply Chain Management Performance at Small and Medium Muffler Industry in Purbalingga”. The purpose of this research was to examine influence between  information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation and process integration on supply chain management performance, and also to examine influence between  process integration on information sharing. 
 The sample that used is 56 small and medium industry from the entire population of 74 small and medium industry, that taken by simple random sampling and the collected data is using questionnaire.  Technique analysis used is Path Analysis that operated by IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Programme.
 These conclution of this research indicate that, in Model A, variable information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation and process integration have positive and significant influence toward supply chain management performance. From the results of Path Analysis was done to show that the cooperation of the variables has the most influence on the variable performance of supply chain management company with the value of the coefficient of (0,129), then the variable with the value of process integration (0,121), further long term relationship variables (0,113) and who has the most influence on small variable information sharing (0,106). The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.469, thus to four independent variables the dependent variable was able to explain by 46,9% while the rest is affected by other variables not examined in this research..
Beside that, in Model B, variable process integration have positive and significant influence toward information sharing. From the results of Path Analysis was done to show that, the variable process integration has the influence of 0,075% against the variable information sharing
