EFEKTIFITAS POP GRANUL FESES AYAM PETELUR SUPLEMENTASI POC-HERBAL TERHADAP JUMLAH DAUN DAN TINGGI TANAMAN RUMPUT GAJAH DEFOLIASI KEDUA

Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji efektifitas pupuk organik padat (POP) granul feses ayam petelur suplementasi pupuk organik cair (POC) urin sapi bunting dan herbal terhadap jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman rumput gajah defoliasi kedua. Materi yang digunakan terdiri atas rumput gajah, feses ayam petelur, mol bambu, dan air serta perangkat peralatan mencangkul dan alat pengukuran. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan pola tersarang Nested (grouped). Ada 4 jenis pupuk yang diteliti yaitu: P1 = POP granul dan suplementasi POC urin sapi bunting, P2 = POP granul dan suplementasi POC urin sapi bunting + nanas, P3 = POP granul dan suplementasi POC urin sapi bunting + nanas + temulawak, P4 = POP granul dan suplementasi POC urin sapi bunting + nanas + temulawak + mengkudu. Masing - masing jenis pupuk diberikan dalam 3 macam taraf (dosis), yaitu : d1 = dosis pupuk cair 1 ml/1kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (36 L/ha/defoliasi), d2 = dosis pupuk cair 3 ml/1kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (108 L/ha/defoliasi), d3 = dosis pupuk cair 9 ml/1kg granul/rumpun/defoliasi (324 L/ha/defoliasi), Sehingga seluruhnya ada 12 macam perlakuan. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan POP granul suplementasi POC urin sapi bunting dan herbal berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun rumput gajah sedangkan dosis pupuk tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun rumput gajah. Hasil analisis variansi pada tinggi tanaman rumput gajah jenis pupuk tidak berpengaruh nyata sedangkan dosis pupuk berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan tinggi tanaman rumput gajah.

The research aimed to study the effectiveness of layer feces granule organic fertilizer (GOF) supplemented with liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of pregnant cow urine and herbal on the number of leaves and the height of elephant grass. The materials used consisted of elephant grass, feces of layer, bamboo, water, hoeing equipment and measuring devices. The study was designed using a Nested pattern design (grouped). There were 4 types of fertilizer studied: P1 = solid organic fertilizer granules supplemented with liquid organic fertilizer of pregnant cow urine, P2 = solid organic fertilizer granules supplemented with liquid organic fertilizer of pregnant cow urine + pineapple, P3 = solid organic fertilizer granules supplemented with liquid organic fertilizer of pregnant cow urine + pineapple + ginger, P4 = solid organic fertilizer granules supplemented with liquid organic fertilizer of pregnant cow urine + pineapple + ginger + noni. Each type of fertilizer was given in three kinds of levels (dose), ie: d1 = liquid organic fertilizer dose of 1 ml/ 1kg granule/bunch/defoliation (36 L/ha/defoliation), d2 = dose of liquid organic fertilizer 3 ml/1kg granule/bunch/defoliation (108 L/ha/defoliation), d3 = liquid organic fertilizer dose 9 ml/ 1kg granule/bunch/defoliation (324 L/ha/defoliation), so altogether there were 12 kinds of treatments. The results of analysis of variance showed that the use of layer feces granule organic fertilizer supplemented with pregnant cow urine and herbal had significant effect on the number of leaves, while the fertilizer dose did not give any significant effect on the number of leaves of elephant grass. The results of analysis of variance showed, the types of fertilizers had no significant effect on the height of elephant grass, but the dose had very significant effect on the height of elephant grass.
