Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada manajemen pengendali persediaan Mefo Minimarket, Rita Supermarket, dan Alfamidi yang berada di Cilacap. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Faktor Sosial, Minat Penggunaan Sistem Informasi (Sebagai Variabel Perantara) Dan Kondisi Fasilitas Terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management Pada Manajemen Pengendali Persediaan Bisnis Retail Modern”.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, kondisi fasilitas dan minat penggunaan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja supply chain management.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bisnis retail modern di Cilacap. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 responden. proportional stratified random sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi, (2) Ekspektasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi, (3) Faktor sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi, (4) Minat penggunaan sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management, (5) Kondisi fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management,

This study is a survey research on controlling inventory management Mefo Minimarket, Rita Supermarket, and Alfamidi located in Cilacap. This study takes the title: "Analysis of Effect of Performance Expectations, Expectations of Business, Social Factors, Interests Use of Information Systems (For Variable Intermediaries) and Condition of Facilities Performance Against Supply Chain Management In Business Inventory Control Management Retail Modern". The purpose of this study was to determine the performance expectations, expectations of the business, social factors, the condition of the facility and the interest in the use of information systems to the performance of supply chain management. The population in this study is a modern retail business in Cilacap. The number of respondents who were taken in this study were 14 respondents. stratified random sampling was used in the determination of the respondents. Based on the research and analysis of data using multiple regression analysis showed that: (1) Expectation of performance a negative effect and no significant effect on interest in the use of information systems, (2) Expectations of businesses positive and significant effect on the interest in the use of information systems, (3) Social factors positive and significant effect on the interest in the use of information systems, (4) interest in the use of information systems and significant positive effect on the performance of supply chain management, (5)
