Andisol memiliki retensi fosfat lebih dari 85 % sehingga P tidak tersedia bagi tanaman. Asam humat-fulvat dan bakteri fosfat dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan P bagi tanaman.  Keefektifan bakteri fosfat diatur oleh signal quorum sensing berupa N-Acyl Homoserine Lactones (N-HSL). Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh komposisi POS, yang terdiri dari 2% HF, 4% HF, 6% HF, 8% HF, 10% HF. Dosis POS, terdiri dari 1%, 2% and 3% dari berat tanah, dan waktu pemberian POS yaitu  dua minggu sebelum dan bersamaan dengan pemberian sumber P. Percobaan disusun dalam Rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga faktor (jenis POS, dosis POS, dan waktu pemberian POS) dengan tiga ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS 4 (8% HF) melarutkan P sebesar 340-390 ppm P/mL. interaksi jenis, dosis dan waktu pemberian POS terbaik pada minggu I dan II terlihat pada efektivitas pelarutan P di Andisol pada jenis POS P4, Dosis POS D3 dan pemberian POS dua minggu sebelum pemberian pupuk P (T2) yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelarutan P sebesar 230-400%.

Andisol has a phosphate retention of more than 85% so that P is not available to plants. , Humic-Fulvic acid and phosphate bacteria can increase the availability of P for plants. The effectiveness of phosphate bacteria is regulated by quorum sensing signals in the form of N-acyl Homoserine lactones (N-HSL). This study examines the effect of the composition of the SOF, which consists of 2% HF, 4% HF, 6% HF, 8% HF, 10% HF. Dose SOF, consisting of 1%, 2% and 3% of the weight of the soil, and the timing of SOF is two weeks before and simultaneously with the application of source P. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with three factors (type of SOF, dose of SOF, and time application of SOF) with three replications. The results showed that the SOF 4 (8% HF) dissolved P amount 340-390 ppm P / mL. The best interaction of tipe, dose and time application of SOF on weeks I and II look at the effectiveness of solubility P in Andisol on the type of SOF P4, Dose SOF D3 and application SOF two week before to the application of P fertilizer (T2) which can improve the effectiveness of solubbliy P amounted 230-400%.
