Tata tertib adalah hal yang mengatur tingkah laku, sikap, ucapan, bertindak dalam kegiatan sehari-hari yang telah disepakati bersama. Di sekolah, terdapat tata tertib yang harus di taati oleh semua siswa. Siswa yang melanggar tata tertib sekolah dicatat dan diberi poin. Pada SMA N 5 Purwoketo, kegiatan mencatat pelanggaran siswa belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi pencatatan pelanggaran siswa untuk mengelola pencatatan pelanggaran siswa sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi pelanggaran siswa dengan cepat dan tepat. Sistem informasi ini telah berhasil dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall yang dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya

ABSTRACT The rules are the things that regulate the behavior, attitudes, speech, acting in everyday activities that have been agreed. At school, there are rules that must be obeyed by all students. Students who violate school rules will be noted. At SMA N 5 Purwoketo, this task in not yet fully computerized. Therefore, information systems of student violations (SIPPS) is required for managing the records of student violations to produce the information quickly and accurately. This information system has been created using the waterfall method designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP as the programming language and MySQL as its database.
