UJI APLIKASI BIO P60 DAN BIO T10 SERTA FUNGISIDA KIMIA UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN PENYAKIT BLAS PADA TANAMAN PADI SITU BAGENDIT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 serta fungisida kimia maupun gabungannya terhadap penyakit blas serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi Situ Bagendit. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universits Jenderal Soedirman, dan lahan sawah di Desa Pesu, Kecamatan Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah, pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, yang terdiri atas 11 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, Bio P60, Bio T10, fungisida berbahan aktif tebunonazole dan trifloxistrobin, tebuconazole, propineb, azoxistrobin dan difenoconazole. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, masa berbunga pertama, bobot gabah kering per tanaman dan bobot gabah kering per hektar. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perlakuan Bio P60 gabungan fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole dan trifloxistrobin, dan perlakuan fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole mampu menunda masa inkubasi masing-masing sebesar 3,33 hari atau 22,2% dan 3,33 hari atau 22,2%. Perlakuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 baik tunggal maupun gabungan dengan semua fungisida mampu menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 10,08-12,73%. Perlakuan Bio P60 tunggal dan Bio T10 gabungan dengan fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole dan trifloxistrobin mampu meningkatkan jumlah anakan produktif masing-masing sebesar 21,85 dan 24,25%. Perlakuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 tunggal mampu mempercepat masa berbunga sebesar 2,67 hari atau 5,26% dan 1 hari atau 1,97%. Perlakuan Bio P60 gabungan dengan fungisida berbahan aktif tebuconazole dan trifloxistrobin mampu meningkatkan bobot gabah kering sebesar 30,44%. Perlakuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 baik tunggal maupun gabungan dengan fungisida belum mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan.

This study aimed to assess efficacy of Bio T10, Bio P60, and chemical fungicides or their combination toward rice blas and on growth and production of Situ Bagendit rice. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University and the rice field at Pesu Village, Wedi Subdistrict, Klaten Regency, Central Java, from January to June 2016. Randomized block design with three replicates was used. The treatment consisted of control, Bio P60, Bio T10, and fungicide with active ingredient of tebunonazole and trifloxistrobin, tebuconazole, propineb, azoxistrobin and difenoconazole. Variables observed were incubation period, intensity of the disease, infection rate, plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, the first flowering time, and dry grains weight. Result of the research showed that the treatment of Bio P60 in combination of fungicide with active ingredient of tebunonazole and trifloxistrobin, and treatment of fungicide with active ingredient of tebunonazole could delay the incubation period as 3,33 days or 22,2% and 3,33 days or 22,2%, respectively. Bio P60 and Bio T10 alone or in combination with all of fungicides were able to suppress the intensity of the disease as 10,08-12,73%. Treatment of Bio P60 alone and Bio T10 in combination of fungicide with active ingredient of tebunonazole and trifloxistrobin ware able to increase number of productive tiller as 21,85 and 24,25%, respectively. Treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 alone ware able to accelerate the first flowering time as 2,67 days or 5,26% and 1 days or 1,97%, respectively. Treatment of Bio P60 in combination fungicide with active ingredient of tebunonazole and trifloxistrobin ware able to increase the weight of dry grains as 30,44%. Treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 alone or in combination could not able to increase plant height and number of tiller.
