Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat profesionalisme guru yang sudah menerima sertifikasi dengan guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif komparasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah t-test atau uji beda. Sasaran pada penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang sudah menerima sertifikasi dan guru-guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat profesionalisme guru yang sudah menerima sertifikasi dan guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi terdapat perbedaan. Tingkat profesionalisme guru yang sudah menerima sertifikasi lebih tinggi dari guru yang belum menerima sertifikasi. Dari 10 dimensi, terdapat 6 dimensi yang menyatakan adanya perbedaan. Kemudian 4 dimensi berikutnya menyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan.

The research aims to determine how much the level of professionalism of teachers who have received certification by teachers who have not received the certification. Method in this study is a quantitative comparison. The analysis technique used in this study is a t-test or a different test. Goal of this research is the teachers who have received certification and teachers who have not received the certification. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using simple random sampling is taking members of the sample of the population was randomly without regard to strata that exist in this population. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the level of professionalism of teachers who have received certification and teachers who have not received the certification there is a difference. The level of professionalism of teachers who have received certification higher than teachers who have not received the certification. Of the 10 dimensions, there are six dimensions stating the difference. Then the next four dimensions stated that there is no difference.
