PERSEPSI PASIEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DAN PROSES BERHENTI MEROKOK KECAMATAN KEMANGKON KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA TAHUN 2014

Lebih dari 60 juta penduduk Indonesia mengalami ketidakberdayaan akibat adiksi nikotin rokok, prevalensi merokok di Jawa Tengah mencapai 30,7%.Untuk mengurangi dampak merokok, Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga mendirikan Klinik Berhenti Merokok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam mendukung proses berhenti merokok (Smoking Cessation Process) di Klinik Berhenti Merokok Kabupaten Purbalingga.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Jumlah informan utama 4 pasien, informan pendukung 1 petugas kesehatan dan 4 keluarga pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metodepurposive samplingdenganteknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkankeseluruhan informan utamaberjenis kelamin laki-laki, lama merokok 5-48 tahun, umur pertama kali merokok 10-25 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir SD, SLTA dan D3. Rokok yang dikonsumsi kretek dan filter, faktor penyebabnya akibat pengaruh teman dan keluarga yang merokok. Persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dari segi bukti langsung (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), Jaminan (assurance), dan (emphaty)keseluruhan menyatakan sesuai standart mutu pelayanan. Proses berhenti merokok pasien dari 4 pasien 3diantaranya sudah berhenti merokok dan 1 pasien kembali merokok (relapse), kendalanya seperti rasa ingin merokok, pengaruh lingkungan teman dan merasa sudah sembuh dari sakitnya serta untuk menghilangkan stress.Saran yang dapat diberikan yaituagarpasien melakukan kunjungan ulang supaya dapat dipantau proses berhenti merokoknya dan dapat berhenti merokok serta tidak kembali merokokdikemudian hari.

More than 60 million people in Indonesia are experienced helplessness due to smoking nicotine addiction. The smoking prevalence in Central Java now reached 30.7%. To reduce the impact of smoking, Purbalingga regency government established the Stop Smoking Clinic. The purpose of this study is to describe the patient's perception of health care services quality in supporting the smoking cessation process in the Stop Smoking Clinic of Purbalingga regency. This study was conducted by using qualitative method. The number of main informants are 4 patients, 1 supporting informant that is the medical officer and 4 of the patients family. The techniques used in this study were purposive sampling method with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation method. The results showed that all of key informants in this study were male, with smoking duration is 5-48 years, the age when they first time smoking is 10-25 years old with last education level are elementary, senior high school and D3. The cigarettes consumed were cloves and filter. The contributing factors are the influence of friends and family who smoke. Patient’s perception of the health care service quality in terms of direct evidence tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are expressed according to standard quality of care. The smoking cessation processes are resulted from 4 patients with 3 of them had quit smoking and 1 patient relapse, the obstacles are the curiosity of smoke, environmental influences and feels that was recovered from his illness and to relieve stress. Advice which can be given is ordering the patients to re-visit in order to monitor his smoking cessation processes and can be successfully quit smoking and not relapse in the future.
