ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Sarana Pelayanan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan di RSUD Ajibarang.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dan sarana pelayanan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan di RSUD Ajibarang.Sasaran penelitian adalah pasien Instalasi Rawat Jalan.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survai, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dengan menggunakankendall’s tau-b didukung dengan regresi ordinal, sementara pengujian hipotesis ketiga dengan menggunakan analisis konkordansi kendall W didukung dengan regresi ordinal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanandibuktikan dengan korelasi kendall’s tau-b 0,439** dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisien regresi 0,294.Sarana pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan  terhadap kualitas pelayanan dibuktikan dengan hasil korelasi kendall’s tau-b 0,390** dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisien regresi 0,284. Kemampuan kerja dan sarana pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, dibuktikan dengan hasil konkordansi kendall’s W 0,802 dan hasil regresi ordinal diketahui nilai koefisien regresi 0,418.

ABSTRACT
This Research titled Influence the Ability to Work and Service Facilities to Service Quality in Outpatient Installation at Regionel General Hospital Ajibarang. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect a positive and significant correlation between workability and service facilities to service quality in Outpatient Installation at Regional General Hospital Ajibarang. The research conducted at the General Hospital of Ajibarang particularly and Goal of this research is patients as ussers of health services at the Outpatient Installation. Research methods using survey methods, sampling tehniques using Insidental Sampling Techniques, method of data collection using quetionnaires, observation, and documentation. The first and second hypothesis tetsing using Kendall tau-b supported by ordinal regression, while the third hypothesis testing using a concordance kendall W supported by ordinal regression.The results of this research showed that:Ability to Work has a positive influence and significant impact on the Service Quality as evidenced by the results of kendall’s tau-b correlation of 0,439** and the ordinal regression known the value of the regression coefficient 0,294. Service Facilities has a positive influence and significant impact on the Service Quality as evidenced by the results of kendall’s tau-b correlation of 0,390** and the ordinal regression known the value of the regression coefficient 0,284. Ability to Work and Service Facilities has a positive influence and significant impact on the quality of service as evidenced by the results of the concordance kendall’s W amounted to 0,802and the ordinal regression known the value of the regression coefficient 0,418.
