Industri kecil “Ceria” merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dengan produk yang dihasilkan berupa kacang bogares. Industri ini berlokasi di Desa Bogares, Kecamatan Pangkah, Kabupaten Tegal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada industri yaitu pengusaha tidak memperhitungkan secara terperinci mengenai aspek-aspek finansial dalam usahanya, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1).biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan industri pengolahan kacang bogares “Ceria”, (2).tingkat efisiensi usaha dari industri pengolahan kacang bogares “Ceria”, (3).besarnya nilai tambah industri pengolahan kacang bogares “Ceria”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Juni sampai 1 Juli 2016. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah industri kecil “Ceria”. Penentuan responden untuk pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, R/C ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata total biaya produksi kacang bogares per bulan sebesar Rp146.307.271,50 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp262.860.000,00 sehingga rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp116.552.729,00. Revenue cost ratio atau R/C ratio sebesar 1,79 atau lebih besar dari satu sehingga usaha sudah efisien dan layak untuk diusahakan serta dikembangkan BEP (Unit) sebesar 236,27 kg dan BEP (Penerimaan) sebesar Rp12.285.950,00. Nilai tambah kacang bogares adalah sebesar Rp23.647,37 per kilogram.

Small industry “Ceria” is a food industry which produces bogares bean. The industry is located on Desa Bogares, Pangkah, Tegal. The problem is faced in the industry that the entrepreneurs do not count in detail about the financial aspect in their business, so the purpose of this study are to determine: (1).the cost, the income and the profit of processing bogares been industry “Ceria”, (2).the level of efficiency from processing bogares been industry “Ceria”, (3).the amount of added value of processing bogares bean industry “Ceria”. The research was conducted on 1th Juni until 1th Juli 2016. The goal of this research is small  industry “Ceria”. The respondents for data collection in this research was done by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method is used in this research by the costs and profit analysis, R/C ratio, Break Even Point (BEP), and added value analysis. The result showed that the average of cost production of bogares bean per month was Rp145.511.438,00 by the income was Rp262.860.000,00 so that the average of profit was Rp116.552.729,00. Revenue cost ratio or R/C ratio of 1,79 or greater than one. It means that the business has been efficient and worthed to be run and expanded by BEP(Unit) amounted 236,27 kilogram and BEP (income) amounted Rp12.285.950,00. The added value of bogares bean amounted Rp23.647,37 per kilogram.
