Efektivitas Interval Fertigasi dan Waktu Pemberian Bahan Pembenah Tanah terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Kubis Bunga di Lahan Pasir Pantai

Potensi lahan pasir pantai sangat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui pengaruh interval fertigasi yang paling efektif bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga di lahan pasir pantai. 2) mengetahui waktu pemberian bahan pembenah tanah yang paling efektif bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga di lahan pasir pantai. 3) mengetahui kombinasi interval fertigasi dan waktu pemberian bahan pembenah tanah bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil kubis bunga di lahan pasir pantai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan pasir pantai Jetis, Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Nusawungu, Kabupaten Cilacap, pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan percobaan RAKL dengan 2 faktor, 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah interval fertigasi terdiri I0 = 7 hari sekali, I1 = 14 hari sekali, I2 = 21 hari sekali. Faktor kedua adalah waktu pemberian bahan pembenah tanah terdiri P0 = sebelum tanam (1 hari sebelum tanam), P1 = sebelum tanam (100%) dan umur 4 minggu (100%). Data dianalisis dengan cara uji F, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) interval fertigasi pupuk nitrogen mempengaruhi komponen pertumbuhan tanaman dengan hasil terbaik diaplikasikan 7 hari sekali yaitu pada variabel tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, luas daun, kadar kehijauan daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot batang segar, bobot daun segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot batang kering, bobot daun kering, hasil bunga segar (7,73 t/ha), dan hasil bunga kering (2,88 t/ha) dibanding interval 14 hari sekali maupun 21 hari sekali. (2) waktu pemberian bahan pembenah tanah hanya mempengaruhi panjang akar. Variabel panjang akar terpanjang dengan pemberian 1 kali (sebelum tanam) (28,83 cm) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan 2 kali (sebelum tanam dan 4 minggu setelah tanam) (25,01 cm) dengan selisih 15,27%. Hasil bunga segar pada aplikasi 1 kali (sebelum tanam) (6,27 t/ha) lebih baik dibanding 2 kali (sebelum dan 4 minggu setelah tanam) (5,39 t/ha) dengan selisih 16,32%. (3) interaksi interval fertigasi 21 hari sekali dengan waktu pemberian pembenah tanah 1 kali (sebelum tanam) berpengaruh nyata pada bobot akar kering dan memberikan hasil bunga segar (3,53 t/ha).

Potential all the coastal sandy soil is very wide. This research aimed to know 1) the effect of fertigation interval on the growth and yield of cauliflower on coastal sandy soil. 2) the effect time of application of the soil conditioner material on the growth and yield of cauliflower on coastal sandy soil. 3) the interaction between fertigation interval with time of application of the soil conditioner material on the growth and yield of cauliflower on coastal sandy soil. The research was conducted in coastal sandy soil Jetis beach which located in Banjarsari village, Nusawungu subditricts, Cilacap regency, from May to August 2016. Experimental design used was RAKL with 2 factors, 6 treatments and 3 replications. The first factor was fertigation interval consist of: fertigation interval of 7 days (I0), 14 days (I1), and 21 days (I2). The second factor was time of application of the soil conditioner material consist of: before planting (one days before planting) (P0) and before planting (100%) and 4th week after planting (100%)(P1). Data were analyzed by F test, and continued with DMRT if significant. The results showed (1) fertigation nitrogen fertilizer interval effect plant growth component, the highest result reached by application at every 7 days an variable: plant height, leaf length, leaf area, leaf greenness levels, fresh weight of plants, fresh weight of shoot, fresh weight of leaf, dry weight of plants, dry weight of shoot, dry weight of leaf, the results of fresh flowers (7,73 t/ha) and dried flowers results (2,88 t/ha) compared to interval of 14 days or 21 days. (2) the time application of soil conditioner material only affected rooth length, the root length was variably by once application (before planting) (28,83 cm) better than twice (before and 4th weeks after planting) (25,01 cm) with a different of 15,27%. The result of fresh flowers application soil conditioner material by once application (before planting) (6,27 t/ha) better than twice (before and 4th weeks after planting) (5,93 t/ha) with a different of 16,32%. (3) the interaction of addition fertigation interval of 21 days with application time of soil conditioner material before planting was significant of the dry weight of roots and giving the results of fresh flowers (3,53 t/ha).
