CV. Ono Jamur merupakan salah satu industri agribisnis yang menjual baglog dan menjual jamur tiram putih segar. Pelaku usaha akan merencanakan pengembangan usaha, penting untuk mempelajari bagaimana kelayakan pengembangan dalam usaha jamur tiram putih pada empat skenario, yaitu skenario I (menjual baglog jamur tiram putih), skenario II (menjual jamur tiram segar), skenario III (menjual baglog jamur tiram putih dengan peningkatan produksi 10 persen per tahun) dan skenario IV (menjual jamur tiram segar dengan peningkatan produksi 25 persen per tahun). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) kelayakan usaha jamur tiram putih pada CV. Ono Jamur dilihat dari aspek non finansial 2) kelayakan usaha jamur tiram putih pada CV. Ono Jamur dari aspek finansial pada keempat skenario 3) tingkat kepekaan (sensitivitas) pada usaha CV. Ono Jamur jika terjadi penurunan produksi dan peningkatan biaya variabel.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Ono Jamur Kelurahan Pasirmuncang Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat pada bulan Januari 2016 sampai dengan Februari 2016. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period (PP) dan analisis Sensitivitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 aspek non finansial, yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek sosial, ekonomi, budaya dan aspek lingkungan. Aspek finansial pada keempat skenario menunjukkan bahwa Skenario I diperoleh sebesar NPV Rp231.254.261,98, IRR 44,32 persen, Net B/C 2,38 dan Payback Period 2,63. Skenario II diperoleh sebesar NPV Rp160.673.598,13, IRR 65,99 persen, Net B/C 4,21 dan Payback Period 2,13. Skenario III diperoleh sebesar NPV Rp328.347.114,36, IRR 44,88 persen, Net B/C 2,50 dan Payback Period 2,92. Skenario IV diperoleh sebesar NPV Rp231.210.323,03, IRR 34,14 persen, Net B/C 2,50 dan Payback Period 3,64.

CV. Ono Jamur is one of the agribusiness industry that sells baglog and sell fresh white oyster mushrooms. Businessman want to do business development, important to learn how the feasibility of exploitation in white oyster mushrooms are the four scenarios, that scenario I (sell baglog white oyster mushroom), the scenario II (sell fresh white oyster mushrooms), scenario III (sell baglog white oyster mushroom production increases 10 percent per year) and scenario IV (sell fresh white oyster mushroom production increases 25 percent per year). This study has 3 main purposes for analyzing 1) feasibility of white oyster mushroom on CV. Ono Jamur according from non-financial aspect 2) feasibility of white oyster mushroom on CV. Ono Jamur from financial aspect with four scenario 3) level of sensibility on Cv. Ono Jamur if decline in production and increasing variable cost.
This research is implemented in CV. Ono Jamur Pasirmuncang district, West Purwokerto sub-district. It started from January 2016 to February 2016. This research uses some kind of data analysis such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio), Payback Period analysis, and Sensibility Analysis.
The result of this research shows that there are 5 non-financial aspect, such as market aspect, technical aspect, management aspect, social economy and culture aspect, and environmental aspect. Financial aspect from 4 scenario shows that the amount in 1st NPV scenario is IDR 231.254.261,98, amount of IRR is 44,32 percent, Net B/C 2,38 and Payback Period 2,63. On the 2nd scenario, the NPV is IDR 160.673.598,13, IRR 65,99 percent, Net B/C 4,21 and Payback Period 2,13. On the 3rd scenario, the NPV cost is IDR 328.347.144,36, IRR 44,88 percent, Net B/C 2,50 and Payback Period 2,92. On the 4th scenario, the NPV cost is IDR 231.210.323,03, IRR 34,14 percent, Net B/C 2,50 and Payback Period 3,64.
