STUDI KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN SENSITIFITAS HARGA PADA USAHA PEMBIBITAN SAPI PO KEBUMEN DI KABUPATEN KEBUMEN

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usaha penghasil sapi potong dengan menggunakan analisis finansial di 4 kecamatan pada Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey pada peternak sapi PO Kebumen. Sampel dipilih secara purposive pada 4 kecamatan yang merupakan sentra budidaya sapi PO Kebumen. Variabel yang diukur meliputi Net B/C Ratio, NPV, dan IRR, serta dilakukan analisis sensitivitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis aspek finansial usaha pembibitan sapi potong pada empat kecamatan di Kabupaten Kebumen menunjukkan nilai NPV positif, nilai IRR lebih besar dari discount factornya, R/C > 1, dan PP kurang dari 5 tahun, yang berarti usaha ini sudah dapat menutup biaya investasi awalnya sebelum umur usaha berakhir. Usaha pembibitan sapi potong di Kabupaten Kebumen jika ada kenaikan harga input sampai 10 persen dan penurunan harga output 10 persen masih layak untuk dijalankan.

The research aimed to evaluate the Kebumen PO Cattle Farming using financial analysis in 4 subdistricts of Kebumen. The research used survey method and area samples were selected by purposive sampling method since the area are production centre of Kebumen PO cattle. Variables observed were Net B/C Ratio, NPV, IRR, and also sensitivity analysis. The financial analysis results showed that the Kebumen PO cattle farming in 4 subdistricts of Kebumen had a positive NPV, IRR was bigger than the discount factor, the R/C > 1, and Payback Period less than 5 years. This means that the business was able to cover the investment cost before the business was over. The Kebumen PO Cattle Farming was feasible to be continued, even if there was increase of input cost up to 10% and decrease of output cost up to 10%.
