KADAR PROTEIN DAN VISKOSITAS SUSU DI KELOMPOK PETERNAK SAPI PERAH KECAMATAN CILONGOK KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar protein dan viskositas susu serta mengetahui hubungan kadar protein dan viskositas susu di kelompok peternak sapi perah Andini Lestari I dan Andini Lestari II. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode survei. Sasaran penelitian yaitu 13 peternak sapi perah Andini Lestari I dan 7 peternak sapi perah Andini Lestari II. Materi yang digunakan adalah ternak sapi perah dengan sampel susu diambil sebanyak 20 liter diperoleh dari 13 peternak Andini Lestari I dan 7 peternak Andini Lestari II. Sampel diambil pada pemerahan pagi hari pukul 06.00 WIB secara komposit sebanyak 1 liter pada masing-masing peternak dan diulang 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji âtâ dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rataan kadar protein susu di kedua kelompok tidak memiliki perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05). Demikian juga viskositas susu di kedua kelompok tidak memiliki perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05). Hubungan kadar protein dengan viskositas susu di kelompok peternak Andini Lestari I dikategorikan kuat sedangkan di kelompok Andini Lestari II dikategorkan lemah dengan nilai r sebesar masing-masing 0,6200 dan 0,1192 sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi masing-masing Y= (-0,9827) + 1,291 X dan Y= 2,839 + (-0,0557) X. Kesamaan hasil rataan kadar protein dan viskositas susu pada kedua kelompok disebabkan informasi tentang penanganan pascapanen dan budidaya sapi perah yang relatif sama.

This study aimed to determine levels of a protein and viscosity of milk, to determine the relationship between levels of a protein and viscosity of milk in dairy farmer groups Andini Lestari I and Andini Lestari II. The research used survey method. Target research at 13 farmers of Andini Lestari I and 7 farmers of Andini Lestari II. Material used are the dairy cattle with a sample of milk taken as many as 20 liters obtained from 13 farmers of Andini Lestari I and 7 farmers of Andini Lestari II. Sample were taken at 06.00 am in composite by 1 liters from each cattle farmer, and 3 times replication. Data were analyzed using âtâ test and linear regression. The results of the study shows from that the average levels of milk protein at the two group is not significantly different (P>0,05). Also the milk of viscosity at the two group is not significantly different (P>0,05). Levels of a protein relations with milk viscosity group farmers of Andini Lestari I has strong corelation while in group farmers of Andini Lestari II has low corelation with r value of each 0,6200 and 0,1192 order to obtain the regression equation is each Y= (-0,9827) + 1,291 X and Y= 2,839 + (-0,0557) X. The similarity of the result on the levels of a protein and milk viscosity in both groups caused by similar information about post-harvest handling and dairy cattle management.
