PARASITASI TUNGAU PARASIT TERHADAP IMAGO NYAMUK Aedes sp DI DAERAH ENDEMIS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA

Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue dan ditularkan melalui vektor nyamuk Aedes sp. Keberadaan nyamuk Aedes sp dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lingkungan dintaranya adanya tempat perindukan, suhu air, suhu udara, kelembaban udara, salinitas air, serta keberadaan organisme air pada tempat perindukan. Salah satu oraganisme parasit akuatik yang mempengaruhi keberadaan Aedes sp yaitu tungau parasit. Tungau parasit mampu memparasiti stadium telur, larva, pupa maupun dewasa nyamuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menentukan kemampuan parasitasifamilia tungau parasit pada populasi nyamuk Aedes sp. dewasa, (2) Mengetahui familia jenis tungau parasit yang mampu memparasiti nyamuk Aedes sp. Di daerah endemis Demam Berdarah Dengue di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Parameter yang diamati adalah kemampuan parasitasi tungau parasit terhadap stadium dewasa nyamuk Aedes sp, sedangkan parameter pendukung yang diukur adalah suhu dan kelembaban udara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 4 desa dari 2 kecamatan di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yaitu Desa Kutabanjar, Desa Krandegan, Desa Dawuan, dan Desa Pekauman. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sampel nyamuk dewasa Aedes sp dari keempat desa sebanyak 688 ekor. Sebanyak 2 ekor sampel dari Desa Krandegan ditemukan terparasiti tungau parasit dari kelompok familia Pionidae. Nilai kemampuan parasitasi tungau parasit di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sebesar 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa status pengendalian alamiah tungau parasit terhadap stadium dewasa nyamuk Aedes sp di daerah endemis demam berdarah dengue Kabupaten Banjarnegara sedang. Hal ini dimungkinkan akibat tingkat peluang pertemuan antara parasit dan inang yang rendah serta faktor lingkungan. Pengukuran kondisi lingkungan berupa suhu dan kelembaban udara di wilayah pengambilan sampel didapatkan suhu berkisar 28-30 0C dengan kelembaban udara berada dikisaran 68-82 %.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by dengue virus is transmitted through the bite of Aedes sp. The existence of Aedes sp is influenced by various environmental factors such breeding places for Aedes sp. , water temperature, air temperature, air humidity, salinity, and the presence of aquatic organisms in the breeding places. One organism aquatic parasites that affect the existence of Aedes sp is parasitic mites. Mite parasites were able to stick and become a parasite on the stage of egg, larva, pupa and adult mosquitoes. This study aims to (1) determine the ability parasite familia mite parasite on populations of Aedes sp.on adult stage, (2) Determine the type of mite parasite familia that capable become parasites of Aedes sp. In endemic areas of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Banjarnegara district. The parameters measured were the parasitic mite parasitism ability against the adult stage of Aedes sp, while supporting the measured parameter is temperature and humidity. This research was conducted by survey method using stratified random sampling. Samples were taken at four villages of two districts in Banjarnegara district, the village Kutabanjar, Krandegan village, Dawuan village, and the village Pekauman. The results of this study, the sample of adult mosquitoes Aedes sp from the four villages as many as 688 birds. 2 tails samples from the village Krandegan found parasitic mites of group Pionidae familia. Values parasitic mite parasitism capabilities in Banjarnegara regency of 100%. This indicates that the status of the natural control of mite parasite to the adult stage of Aedes sp in endemic areas of dengue fever were Banjarnegara district. This is possible due to the degree of chance meetings between parasite and host low and environmental factors. Measurement of environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity in the sample obtained with temperatures ranging from 28-30 0C air humidity is around 68-82%.
