PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG
PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) TERHADAP TINGKAT PHBS PADA TATANAN RUMAH TANGGA DI DESA KALIBANGKANG KECAMATAN AYAH

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di rumah tangga adalah untuk menggerakan setiap anggota rumah tangga agar tahu, mau dan mampu menolong diri sendiri dibidang kesehatan dengan mengupayakan lingkungan yang sehat, mencegah dan menanggulangi masalah-masalah kesehatan yang dihadapi, serta memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang ada. Masalah kesehatan yang muncul di desa Kalibangkang berupa penyakit saluran pencernaan, saluran pernafasan dan penyakit kulit. Ketiga penyakit tersebut sangat berhubungan dengan kondisi kebiasaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS). Pembinaan PHBS di rumah tangga dilakukan untuk mewujudkan rumah tangga sehat. Suatu kegiatan atau usaha untuk menyampaikan pesan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, kelompok atau individu  di sebut pendidikan kesehatan.
Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada tatanan rumah tangga di desa kalibangkang kecamatan ayah.
Metode penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan non randomized pretest-posttest without control group design, besar sampel 96 responden. Uji statistic menggunakan Wilcoxon dengan signifikansi α = 0,05.
Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat kenaikan pada tingkat PHBS setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan yaitu, pada sehat utama dari 43,8 % menjadi 57,3 %, dan pada sehat paripurna dari 5,2 % menjadi 8,3 %. Terjadi penurunan pada sehat madya dari 51 % menjadi 34,4 %. Uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p value adalah 0,000 jadi p value < α (0,000<0,05), maka ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) terhadap tingkat PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga di Desa Kalibangkang.
Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) terhadap tingkat PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga di Desa Kalibangkang.

ABSTRACT

Background : Behavior and healthy living in the household is to mobilize every member of the household in order to know, willing and able to help themselves in the field of health by ensuring a healthy environment, prevent and overcome health problems encountered, as well as utilize existing health services. The health problems that appeared in the village Kalibangkang form of gastrointestinal disease, respiratory and skin diseases. Thirdly the disease is associated with conditions of hygienic behavior and habits of healthy Development of behavior and healthy living in the household is done to achieve a healthy household. An activity or attempt to convey health messages to the community, group or individual called health education.
Purpose of the research : The purpose of this study to determine the effect of health education on behavior and healthy living in household in Desa Kalibangkang Kecamatan Ayah
Research Method : The research design used quasy experiment with non randomized pretest-posttest without control group design, the number of sample is 96 respondents. Statistical test using the wilcoxon test with significance α = 0,05.
Research Results : There is an increase in the level of PHBS after being given health education, the main sound from 43.8% to 57.3%, and in healthy plenary from 5.2% to 8.3%. There was a decline in healthy middle from 51% to 34.4%. Wilcoxon test p value is 0,000 so p value <α (0.000 <0.05), there was significant effect of health education behavior and healthy living on the level of behavior and healthy living in household in desa kalibangkang kecamatan ayah
Conclusion : There was significant effect of health education behavior and healthy living on the level of behavior and healthy living household in order in the village kalibangkang district ayah.
