Pelayanan kefarmasian yang berkualitas sangat bergantung pada profesionalitas kesehatan khususnya apoteker. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  kepuasan  tenaga kesehatan terhadap peran apoteker di Puskesmas di Kota Purworejo.
Metode yang digunakan adalah cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner  harapan tenaga kesehatan dan kenyataan peran apoteker di puskesmas yang  terdiri dari 16 item pertanyaan. Sampel diambil secara accidental sampling  dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang tenaga kesehatan dari 3 Puskesmas yang memiliki apoteker yang terdapat di Puskesmas di Kota Purworejo. Data karakteristik responden dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kenyataan dan harapan digunakan untuk menghitung tingkat kepuasan tenaga kesehatan menggunakan analisis gap dan uji Wilcoxon untuk uji beda.
Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r table 0,374 menyatakan bahwa kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian dari 60 responden menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik tenaga kesehatan dalam penelitian kebanyakan umur 25-35 tahun (48,33%) perempuan (76,67%), berprofesi sebagai perawat (55%) dan telah bekerja selama >10 tahun (48,33%). Nilai rata-rata pengalaman 3,36 dengan persentase (83,91%). dan termasuk klasifikasi tinggi  dan nilai rata-rata harapan 3,60 dengan persentase (89,94%), termasuk klasifikasi tinggi. Hasil analisis gap yang diperoleh sebesar (-0,24) masuk dalam klasifikasi tingkat kepuasan sedang. Analisis uji beda menggunakan Wilcoxon sign test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor kenyataan dan harapan, yang berarti bahwa tenaga kesehatan tidak puas terhadap peran apoteker di puskesmas.

Pharmaceutical services are very dependent on the quality of health professionals, especially pharmacists. Acceptance of other health professionals to the pharmacist's role depends on the assessment of paramedics. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of health professionals on the role of pharmacists in health centers in the district of Purworejo.
The method was cross sectional using questionnaires The method used is cross sectional questionnaire expectations of paramedic and the fact that the role of pharmacists in health centers each consisting of 16 items of questions. Samples were taken by accidental sampling with a sample of 60 paramedic from three health centers that have contained pharmacist at the health center in the distric of Purworejo. Validity and reliability test result show that r is bigger than r table 0,374 states that the questionnaire are valid and reliable. The results of the 60 respondents indicated that the characteristics of the health workers in the study mostly aged 25-35 years (48,33%) of the women (79.2%), professional midwives (40.8%) and have been working for >10 years (48,33%). The average value of 3,36 was classified as moderate experience and expectations of the average value of  3.60 was classified as high. Gap analisys results obtained for (-0.245) was classified as moderate satisfaction levels. Different test analysis using the Wilcoxon sign test showed a significant difference which means that paramedics are not satisfied with the role of the pharmacistin health center.
