PENGARUH JUMLAH PEMBERIAN PAKAN TERHADAP AKTIVITAS LIPASE DAN PROTEASE (Chymotrypsin-like) PADA IKAN LUNJAR PADI (Rasbora lateristriata)

Enzim yang berperan dalam proses pencernaan antara lain lipase dan protease. Penelitian tentang pemberian pakan terhadap aktivitas enzim digesti pada ikan Rasbora lateristriata telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas lipase dan protease (chymotrypsin-like) pada ikan Lunjar padi (Rasbora lateristriata) yang diberi pakan dengan jumlah yang berbeda. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimental menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan pemberian pakan 1% (P1), 3% (P2), 5% (P3), dan 7% (P4) dari berat tubuh ikan dan ulangan individu. Pakan diberikan sebanyak dua kali setiap hari dan masa pemeliharaan ikan selama 30 hari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aktivitas spesifik enzim lipase 0,592-1,184 U/mg protein dan aktivitas spesifik enzim protease (chymotrypsin-like) 47,654-68,178 U/mg protein. Hasil pertumbuhan mutlak 0,35-0,51 g, pertumbuhan spesifik 1,31-1,86 %/hari, sintasan 99,65-100 %. Parameter kualitas air antara lain suhu (25-290C), pH (6-7), oksigen terlarut (5,0-6,8 ppm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,5) diantara perlakuan. Kesimpulan, aktivitas enzim digesti tidak dipengaruhi jumlah pakan sampai pada tingkat 7%. Pemberian pakan 1% dari berat tubuh ikan sudah cukup untuk kebutuhan ikan lunjar padi.

The important enzymes in the digestive process were lipase and protease. Research on the amount of different feeding the digestion enzyme activity in fish Rasbora lateristriata have been done. The purpose of this research to determine the activity of lipase and protease (chymotrypsin-like) on Rasbora lateristriata which was feed with different amounts. This research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design with four treatments and replicates the individual. The treatments tested include fish fed 1% (P1), 3% (P2), 5% (P3), and 7% (P4) of the body weight of fish. The feed is given twice daily and future maintenance of the fish for 30 days. The results of this research indicate the specific activity the enzyme lipase from 0.592 to 1.184 U/mg protein and the specific activity of the enzyme protease (chymotrypsin-like) from 47.654 to 68.178 U/mg protein. The result of absolute growth from 0.35 to 0.51 g, specifics growth from 1.31 to 1.86% / day, survival rate from 99.65 to 100%. Water quality parameters include the temperature (25-290C), pH (6-7), dissolved oxygen (5.0 to 6.8 ppm).The results of this research indicate that the activity of lipase and protease (chymotrypsin-like) was not significantly different (P>0.5) among treatments. In conclusion, the digestion enzyme’s activity is not affected by feed until 7% of degree. Feeding 1% of body weight is enough fish to fish Rasbora lateristriata needs.
