PENGGUNAAN SINBIOTIK DALAM PAKAN AYAM SENTUL JANTAN TERHADAP BOBOT DAN PERSENTASE ORGAN ASESORIS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan ayam Sentul jantan terhadap bobot dan persentase organ asesorisnya. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 60 ekor ayam sentul jantan umur 2 bulan dan sinbiotik. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 ekor ayam sentul jantan. Perlakuan terdiri dari R0: Pakan dengan penambahan sinbiotik sebanyak 0%; R1: Pakan dengan penambahan sinbiotik sebanyak 2%; R2: Pakan dengan penambahan sinbiotik sebanyak 4%; dan R3: Pakan dengan penambahan sinbiotik sebanyak 6%. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi, dan diuji lanjut menggunakan orthogonal polinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase hati, empedu, dan pankreas ayam sentul jantan. Hasil bobot hati R0 = 24,50g ± 4,16, R1 = 23,78g ± 4,03, R2 = 21,04g ± 3,60, R3 =23,66g ± 3,38. Hasil bobot empedu R0 = 1,00g ± 0,38 , R1 = 0,90g ± 0,37, R2 = 1,04g ± 0,40, R3 = 0,84 ± 0,36. Hasil bobot pankreas R0 = 2,46g ± 0,53, R1 = 2,34g ± 0,50, R2 = 1,86g ± 0,61, R3 = 2,48g ± 0,45. Hasil persentase bobot hati R0 = 1,85% ± 0,30, R1 = 1,86% ± 0,31, R2 = 1,73% ± 0,23, R3 =1,84% ± 0,19. Hasil persentase bobot empedu R0 = 0,08% ± 0,03 , R1 = 0,07% ± 0,03, R2 = 0,08% ± 0,03, R3 = 0,06% ± 0,02. Hasil persentase bobot pankreas R0 = 0,19% ± 0,04, R1 = 0,18% ± 0,04, R2 = 0,15% ± 0,04, R3 = 0,15% ± 0,04. Kesimpulan dari penilitian adalah penggunaan sinbiotik pada ransum ayam sentul sampai dengan level 6 % menghasilkan bobot dan persentase hati, empedu dan pankreas yang relatif sama.

This research aims at assessing the influence of using sinbiotic in male sentul chicken feed on the weight and percentage of their accessorial organs. The research materials were 60 roosters aged 2 months and sinbiotic. This experimental research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments each of which was repeated 5 times towards 3 sentul chicken. The treatments consisted of R0: Feed with sinbiotic 0%; R1: Feed with sinbiotic 2%; R2: Feed with sinbiotic 4%; and R3: Feed with sinbiotic 6%. The data was analyzed by using an analysis of variance and was continued with an orthogonal polinomial test. The results showed that the use of sinbiotic in feed had a significant effect (P>0,05) on the weight and percentage of liver, bile, and pancreas of the chicken. Out of each treatments, the weight of liver were R0= 24,50g ± 4,16, R1= 23,78g ± 4,03, R2= 21,04g ± 3,60, R3 =23,66g ± 3,38. The weights of bile were R0 = 1,00g ± 0,38 , R1 = 0,90g ± 0,37, R2 = 1,04g ± 0,40, R3 = 0,84 ± 0,36. The weights of pancreas were R0 = 2,46g ± 0,53, R1 = 2,34g ± 0,50, R2 = 1,86g ± 0,61, R3 = 2,48g ± 0,45. The percentage of liver weight were R0 = 1.85% ± 0.30, R1 = 1.86% ± 0.31, R2 = 1.73% ± 0.23, R3 = 1.84% ± 0.19. The percentage weight of bile were R0 = 0.08% ± 0.03, R1 = 0.07% ± 0.03, R2 = 0.08% ± 0.03, R3 = 0.06% ± 0.02. The result of the weight percentage of pancreas were R0 = 0.19% ± 0.04, R1 = 0.18% ± 0.04, R2 = 0.15% ± 0.04, R3 = 0.15% ± 0.04. This research, therefore, concludes that using sinbiotic in male sentul chicken feed up to level 6% produces relatively equal weight and percentage of accessorial organs.
