Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Kekuatan Pembuktian Closed Circuit Television (Cctv) Dalam Pengungkapan Tindak Pidana Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik (Tinjauan Yuridis Putusan Perkara Nomor : 381/ Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB)”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui Kekuatan Pembuktian Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) dalam mengungkap   tindak  pidana  Nomor : 381/ Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB. Dan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam memutus terdakwa   pada   Putusan    Nomor  381/ Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB.
Metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif yaitu metode pendekatan menggunakan konsep legisme yang positivistis. Konsep ini hukum dipandang identik dengan norma-norma tertulis yang dibuat dan diundangkan oleh lembaga atau pejabat negara yang berwenang dan melihat hukum sebagai suatu sistem normatif yang mandiri, bersifat tertutup dan terlepas dari kehidupan masyarakat yang nyata.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa putusan Nomor 381/ Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB hakim telah memeriksa beberapa alat bukti berupa beberapa keterangan saksi yakni dan keterangan terdakwa serta barang bukti CD Rekaman CCTV dan Print out Rekaman CCTV. Sehingga barang bukti CD Rekaman CCTV dan Print out Rekaman CCTV yang merupakan alat bukti Petunjuk berdasarkan Pasal 5 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian karena sudah memenuhi 2 alat bukti yang sah serta yang sah sesuai dengan Pasal 184 KUHAP dalam mengungkap  suatu  tindak   pidana.

This study entitled "The Power of Proof Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in the Crime Disclosure Information and Electronic Transaction (Judicial Review Decision on Case Number: 381 / Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB)". The purpose of research is to find out find out Strength of Evidence Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in uncovering criminal acts No. 381 / Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB. And to know know the legal considerations judge in deciding the defendant in Decision No. 381 / Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB.
The method used is the method of normative juridical approach uses the concept of the positivistic legisme. This concept is seen as identical with the legal norms made written and enacted by institutions or officials who authorized and view the law as a normative system which is independent, is closed and apart from real people's lives.
Based on the results of this study concluded that the decision No. 381 / Pid.Sus / 2013 / PN.JMB judges have examined some evidence in the form of some of the witness testimony and the testimony of the defendant as well as evidence of CCTV footage CD and Print out the CCTV footage. So the evidence CD CCTV footage and Print out the CCTV footage which is evidence Directive pursuant to Article 5 paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions have the strength of evidence because it meets two valid evidence and constituted under Article 184 criminal Procedure Code in uncovering a crime.
