Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Efisiensi Ekonomis Usahatani Tembakau di Desa Mojotengah, Kecamatan Kedu, Kabupaten Temanggung”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keuntungan, seberapa besar nilai efisiensi ekonomis dan break even point yang telah dijalankan petani tembakau Desa Mojotengah, Kecamatan Kedu, Kabupaten Temanggung.
	Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling dan membedakan status kepemilikan lahan berdasarkan strata. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan, biaya, keuntungan, analisis efisiensi ekonomis R/C, dan analisis (BEP) break even point.
	Hasil dari ketiga analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa usahatani tembakau menguntungkan karena TR > TC, Keuntungan strata I Rp. 44.768.382, keuntungan strata II Rp.38.962.857, keuntungan strata III Rp. 62.229.311. Sudah mencapai efisiensi ekonomis karena perhitungan ketiga strata tersebut nilai nya lebih besar dari satu R/C > 1. Nilai R/C strata I sebesar 1,4, strata II sebesar 1,5 dan strata III sebesar 2,0. Dari perhitungan BEP, ketiga strata tersebut secara keseluruhan sudah melewati titik BEP yang ditentukan sehingga usahatani yang dijalankan tidak mengalami kerugian.

This research entitled "analysis of the Economical Efficiency of farming Tobacco in Mojotengah Village, sub-district of Kedu, Temanggung Regency". The purpose of this research is to find out how big the profit level, how much value the efficiency of economical and break even point has run a tobacco farmer Mojotengah Village, sub-district of Kedu, Temanggung Regency.
Sampling method used stratified random sampling and distinguish the status of ownership of land based on the strata. The analysis is the analysis of revenues, costs, profits, economical efficiency analysis of R/C, and analysis (BEP) break even point.
The results of the analysis showed that a third of farming tobacco is profitable because TR > TC, profit strata I Rp. 44,768,382. profit strata II Rp. 38,962,857, profit strata III Rp. 62,229,311. Economical efficiency because it had already reached the third of these strata calculation the value of his greater than one R/C > 1.
