PENGARUH BENTUK DAN SAAT APLIKASI PUPUK HAYATI MIKORIZA TERHADAP SERAPAN UNSUR HARA P PADA UMBI BAWANG MERAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengkaji beberapa bentuk pupuk hayati mikoriza yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap serapan hara P pada umbi bawang merah 2) Mengkaji berbagai saat aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap serapan hara P pada umbi bawang merah. Faktor yang dicoba terdiri dari 3 jenis bentuk formula pupuk hayati mikoriza (butiran, kapsul, dan tablet ultisol) dan saat aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza (saat tanam, 5 HST, dan 10 HST). Percobaan terdiri dari 9 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan, sehingga menghasilkan 27 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, bobot umbi segar, bobot umbi kering, pH tanah (pH KCl dan pH H2O), serapan P pada umbi bawang merah, dan persentase infeksi akar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Oktober 2015 sampai Januari 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kombinasi perlakuan bentuk formula dan saat aplikasi tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot umbi segar, bobot umbi kering, serapan P pada umbi, dan pH H2O dan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap persentase infeksi akar dan pH KCl. Bentuk tablet (B3) dapat menaikan pH KCl sebesar 4,07. Aplikasi saat tanam dapat menaikkan pH KCl sebesar 4,08. Interaksi bentuk formula dan saat aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza yaitu B1A3 (bentuk butiran dan aplikasi saat 10 HST) memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap persentase infeksi akar dengan nilai sebesar 9,57%.

The aims of the research are: 1) to examines some types of mycorrhiza in biological fertilizers which is giving the best nutrient toward absorption P nutrient in onion bulbs 2) to examines a range myccorrhiza biological fertilizer application which giving the best influence toward the onion P nutrient absorbing in onion bulbs. That factors has tested in 3 (three) kind of myccorhiza biological fertilized applications (granules, capsules, and ultisol tablet) and when myccorhiza biological fertilized applications is being applicated, (planting, 5 DAP, and 10 DAP). The experiment are consist of 9 (nine) treatment combination with 3 (three) times remaining, and have the result 27 of unit experiment. The observing variable are conducts high of plants, the weight of fresh and dried tuber, absorption of P in onion bulbs and pH soils (H2O and KCI pH), and the percentage of root infection. The research has carried out at the screen house agricultural faculty, of Jenderal Soedirman University, sub district Karangwangkal, district north Purwokerto, of Banyumas regency (110 mdpl) in October, 2015 until January, 2016. The result being showed that combination of act formula types and when the application didn’t give real influence toward the high of plants, the weight of fresh and dried tuber, absorption of P in red onion grass, and otherwise H2O pH, was giving influence toward of a root infection and KCI pH. Tablet form (B3) can raise the KCl pH of 4,07. Planting applicate was able to raise KCI pH was 4,08. When the minimum application toward KCI pH was 6 DAP (day after planting) with pH 4,03, so it was recommend to used that application when we were planting or used 10 DAP. The types of formula interaction and when the application Myccorhiza biological fertilizer it were B1A3 (Liquid forms and the application was 10 DAP) gived the best result toward the percentage of root infection by the value of 9,57%.
