Gula kelapa merupakan salah satu hasil produk pertanian yang sudah lama diusahakan oleh pengrajin gula kelapa di kabupaten banyumas.  Pengrajin gula kelapa cetak dalam memperoleh nira tidak semuanya berasal dari pohon milik sendiri. Pengrajin gula kelapa dalam mengusahakan gula kelapa memiliki beberapa status kepemilikan pohon yaitu milik sendiri dan maro. Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) menghitung biaya dan pendapatan pengrajin gula kelapa cetak dengan status kepemilikan pohon sendiri dan kepemilikan pohon maro 2) mengetahui perbedaan biaya dan pendapatan antar status kepemilikan pohon kelapa milik sendiri dan status kepemilikan pohon maro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan mulai 20 oktober hingga 20 november 2015 pada pengrajin gula kelapa di Desa Kemawi. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis biaya produksi, penerimaan dan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya biaya produksi rata - rata pengrajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri dengan memperhitungkan seluruh biaya produksi Rp8.343.514,00 per bulan dan biaya produksi rata - rata pengrajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri tanpa memperhitungkan biaya nira dan biaya tenaga kerja yaitu Rp838.489,00. Biaya rata - rata pengrajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon maro dengan memperhitungkan seluruh biaya produksi Rp4.257.044,00 per bulan dan biaya produksi rata - rata pengrajin dengan pohon maro tanpa memperhitungkan biaya nira dan biaya tenaga kerja adalah Rp3.254.411,00. Penerimaan pengrajin gula kelapa status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri dan maro masing - masing tanpa memperhitungkan biaya nira dan biaya tenaga kerja adalah Rp2.571.375,00 per bulan dan Rp 1.234.000,00 per bulan. Pendapatan pengrajin gula kelapa pada status kepemilikan pohon milik snediri dan maro masing - masing adalah Rp1.732.886,00 per bulan dan  - Rp2.003.455,00 per bulan. Biaya produksi dengan kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri merupakan yang terbesar diantara kedua kepemilikan pohon yang ada. Pendapatan pengrajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri merupakan yang terbesar diantara kedua status pohon yang ada.

Coconut sugar is one of the agricultural products that have been long sought by craftsmen in Banyumas palm sugar. Seaking crafters sugar in palm sugar craftmen with the owners status of self - owned trees and a half of. This research aimed to determine : 1) counting the cost of revenue and artisans sugar palm print with the status of my own and possession of a half tree 2) know the diffrences in coast and income bet ween the status of ownership of a coconut tree their own and the status of ownership of a half tree. 
Method used is a survey. The interpretation data was started on 20 october until 20 november 2015, to farmer coconut sugar in Kemawi Village. The number of farmers who were respondents in this studies as many as 30 people. Data were analysed using analysis of production coast, revenue analysis, and income analysis.
The result showed that the amount of average production cost - average craftsman with its own tree ownership status taking into account the entire production costs of Rp8.343.514,00 per month and the average production cost- average craftsman with trees belonging to the ownership status alone without counting the cost of sap and labor costs namely Rp838.489,00 work.  Average cost  - average craftsmen with ownership status maro tree by taking into account the entire production costs of Rp4.257.044,00 per mont and the average production cost average craftsmen with maro tree without taking into account labor costs Rp3.254.411,00. Acceptance of coconut sugar producers own property tree tenure and maro each - each without counting the cost of sap and labor costs are Rp2.571.375,00 per month and  Rp1.234.000,00 per month.  Revenue coconut sugar producers in the ownership status of its own trees and maro each is Rp1.732.886,00 per month and - Rp2.003.455,00 per month. The cost of production with its own proprietary tree is the biggest among the holdings of existing trees. Revenue craftsmen with trees belonging to the ownership status itself is the biggest among the status of existing trees.
