Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Penambahan Tepung Daun Sirsak  (Annona Muricata L.) dalam Ransum  Terhadap Bobot Usus, Bobot Sekum, Bobot Pankreas dan Bobot Rempela Itik Tegal Jantan. Materi penelitian menggunakan 60 ekor itik Tegal jantan, pakan basal yang terdiri atas jagung 30%, soy bean meal 7%, minyak sayur 6,1%, poultry meat meal 17%, dedak 38,2%, L-lysin HCL 0,1%, DL-methionin 0,3%, Topmix 0,2%, NaCl 0,1%, dan CaCO3 1%.  Perlakuan terdiri atas : ransum basal ditambah 0% tepung daun sirsak, ransum basal ditambah 5% tepung daun sirsak, ransum basal ditambah 10% tepung daun sirsak, ransum basal ditambah 15% tepung daun sirsak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan bobot usus, sekum, pankreas dan rempela masing-masing 57,1 g, 3,4 g, 4,15 g, dan 54,1 g. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap bobot usus dengan persamaan garis Y = 3,5550200 + 0,400084X – 0,019244X2 dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot rempela (P<0,05) dengan persamaan garis Y = 4,04208 + 0,070476X. Namun perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot sekum dan bobot pancreas (P>0,05). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan tepung daun sirsak level 10% per kg pakan adalah yang paling optimal.

The purpose of this research was to determine the Effect of Adding Dried soursop leaf meal (Annona Muricata L.) In rations on intestine Weight, cecum Weight, Pancreatic Weights and gizzard Weight of Male Tegal duck. The research materials used 60 male tegal ducks, basal feed consisted of corn 30%, soy bean meal 7%, vegetable oil 6.1%, poultry meat meal 17%, bran 38.2%, L-lysine HCL 0.1 %, DL-methionine 0.3%, Topmix 0.2%, NaCl 0.1% and CaCO3 1%. The treatments consisted of control diet, basal ration plus 5% soursop leaf meal, basal ration plus 10% flour soursop leaves, basal ration plus 15% flour soursop leaves. The results obtaineds the average weights of the intestine, cecum, pancreas and gizzard were respectively 57.1 g, 3.4 g, 4.15 g and 54.1 g. The results of the study, show that the treatments was highly significantly (P <0.01) affected the weights of Y = 3,5550200 + 0,400084X – 0,019244X2 the intestine and significantly (P <0.05)  the gizzard. The treatment did not significantly affect the weights of the cecum and the pancreas (P> 0.05). This study conclused that the treatment is treatment of adding dried soursop leaves as much as 10%/kg is the most optimum.
