ANALYSIS OF TOTAL THIRD PARTY FUNDS (MUDHARABA DEPOSIT) DETERMINANTS AT ISLAMIC BANKING IN INDONESIA PERIOD 2009-2014

The concept of Islamic banking is relatively new for the Indonesian people, but Islamic banks were able to perform relatively better compared with conventional banking. The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia now is quite rapidly, if seen from the development of Islamic banking network and assets. Besides that, the competition between syariah banks and conventional banks, making syariah banks are required to have a better performance to compete in the national banking market in Indonesia. A source of community funds was fund source of most important things in the operating of a bank and is size the success of bank. One of the products third party funds that is deposits mudharaba, which is the largest if compared with other products.This research has some objectives these are to analyze the effect and to find out the most influential of independent variables. This research uses independent variables consist of inflation, interest rate (BI rate), profit sharing, SWBI, and the number of workers. Data secondary, based quarterly data set from 2009-2014 and taken from a few publications that was published by the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia, and Financial Services Authority. This research using statistical analysis on quantitative with multiple linear regression. The result show that in simultaneous, the independent variables give influence to dependent variable. From the results of these estimates together independent variable could affect significantly on total of mudharaba deposit. While with partially have significant influence of BI rate, SWBI, and the number of Workers toward total of mudharaba deposit in Indonesia while inflation and profit sharing is not significant, then the most influencing variable on total of mudharaba deposit at Islamic Banking is the number of workers.
