HUBUNGAN ANTARA LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR KLINIK DENGAN KEPUASAN BELAJAR KLINIK STASE KEPERAWATAN DEWASA MAHASISWA PROFESI JURUSAN KEPERAWATAN FIKES UNSOED

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Lingkungan belajar klinik (clinical learning satisfaction) merupakan perangkat jaringan interaktif dalam lingkungan klinik yang mampu mempengaruhi tujuan pendidikan klinik mahasiswa. Pendidikan keperawatan sangat berkaitan dengan teori dan praktik klinik, sehingga untuk membentuk seorang perawat diperlukan teori serta pembelajaran di klinik. Dalam setiap proses pembelajaran tentunya mahasiswa memiliki kepuasan dalam setiap proses tersebut. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Namun, penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut belum banyak dilakukan.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan belajar klinik dengan kepuasan belajar klinik stase keperawatan dewasa mahasiswa profesi Jurusan Keperawatan FIKes Unsoed.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi dengan studi penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Besarnya sampel adalah 40 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman.
Hasil: Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan berkorelasi positif sedang yang bermakna antara lingkungan belajar klinik dengan kepuasan belajar klinik (r = 0,455) dengan tingkat kemaknaan p = 0,003 (p < 0,05).
Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan bermakna antara lingkungan belajar klinik dengan kepuasan belajar klinik stase keperawatan dewasa mahasiswa profesi Jurusan Keperawatan FIKes Unsoed.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CLINICAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND CLINICAL LEARNING SATISFACTION ON ADULT NURSING OF STUDENTS OF NURSING DEPARTMENT, FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, UNSOED

ABSTRACT

Background: Clinical learning satisfaction is an interactive network device in a clinical environment that can influence student clinical education purposes. Nursing education is highly related to clinical theories and practices so that nurse candidates are required to learn theory and learning at the clinic. In each learning process, the students have their own learning satisfaction. There are many factors which influence the student’s learning satisfaction. However, there are only a small number of researches related to student’s learning satisfaction. 
Purpose: This research aimed to determine the relationship between clinical learning environment and clinical learning satisfaction on adult nursing of students of Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, Unsoed. 
Method: This research used correlation design with cross sectional approach. Sampling used in this research was total sampling technique. The sample size was 40 respondents who met inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis used was Spearman statistical test. 
Result: The result of bivariate analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between clinical learning environment and clinical learning satisfaction (r = 0.455) with a significance level of p = 0,003 (p < 0,05).
Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between clinical learning environment and clinical learning satisfaction on adult nursing of students of Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, Unsoed.
