(STUDI KASUS TOKO PAKAIAN LAJU PURBALINGGA)

Toko Pakaian LAJU merupakan salah toko di bidang penjualan pakaian berupa barang-barang mulai dari baju anak, remaja, sampai dewasa. Salah satu sistem yang mendukung operasional toko pakaian ini adalah sistem penggajian. Sistem Penggajian menjadi tanggung jawab staf bagian keuangan dimana fungsi utamanya adalah memberikan kompensasi untuk karyawan berupa gaji sebagai ganti atas kontribusi mereka terhadap perusahaan. Pengolahan data gaji karyawan dan laporan yang terjadi di  Toko LAJU Purbalingga masih dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan jumlah daftar hadir karyawan setiap bulannya berdasarkan pada buku catatan hadir karyawan. Dan pengurangan gaji dari jumlah bon/utang yang biasanya diambil oleh karyawan tersebut, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta besar kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan perhitungan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan aplikasi yang bisa mengelola proses penggajian agar bisa membantu staf bagian keuangan dalam proses pengelolan gaji, piutang, data diri karyawan dan notifikasi gaji melalui sms dengan tujuan untuk memberitahukan rincian detail gaji karyawan. Sistem yang dibuat adalah aplikasi penggajian berbasis web dengan notifikasi sms yang dibangun menggunakan PHP, MySQL, XAMPP dan Gammu.

THE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF WEB BASED PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE NOTIFICATION
(CASE STUDY LAJU PURBALINGGA CLOTHING STORE)

LAJU Clothing Store is one of store which sales clothes start from children, teenagers, to adults clothes. One of the systems that support the operations of this clothing store is the payroll system. Payroll system is the responsibility of the finance department staff where the primary function is to provide compensation to employees in the form of a salary in exchange for their contributions to the company. Employee payroll data processing and reports that occurred in LAJU store Purbalingga still done by calculating the amount of the attendance list of employees each month based on the attendance books of employees. And the salary reduction are usually taken by the bill/debt of the employee, so it takes a long time and greater the risk of miscalculation. Based on these problems, we need an application that can manage the payroll process in order to assist financial staff in the management of payroll process, debt, personal data of employees and payroll notification via sms with the aim to inform the details of employee salary details. The created system is a web-based payroll application with sms notifications built using PHP, MySQL, XAMPP and Gammu.
