APLIKASI KAPSUL MIKORIZA DAN PENGURANGAN PUPUK ANORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAPRIKA (Capsicum annuum var. grossum)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan kapsul mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman paprika, 2) mengkaji pengaruh pengurangan pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai paprika, 3) mengkaji pengaruh interaksi antara penggunaan kapsul mikoriza dan pengurangan pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai paprika. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, mulai April 2015 sampai dengan September 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 9 perlakuan dan 2 ulangan, terdiri atas kapsul mikoriza yaitu tanpa kapsul, 3 kapsul (30 spora), 6 kapsul (60 spora) dan pengurangan pupuk anorganik yaitu 0%, 50%, 100%. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi, jumlah tunas, jumlah cabang, jumlah tunas, bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar akar, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering tanaman tanaman, bobot kering akar, bobot kering. Data dianalisis dengan uji F, dan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Kata kunci: kapsul mikoriza, pupuk anorganik, paprika

This research aimed to: 1) examine the effect of the use of mycorrhizal capsule on the growth and yield of paprika, 2) examine the effect of the reduction of inorganic fertilizer on the growth and yield of paprika, 3) examine the effect of the interaction between the use of mycorrhizal capsule and reduced use of inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of paprika.This research was conducted at Screen House, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from April to September, 2015. This research used Complete Randomized Block Design with 9 treatments and 2 repetitions, consisting of mycorrhizal capsule is without capsule, 3 capsule (3 spora), 6 capsule (6 spora), and reduction of inorganic fertilizers is 0%, 50%,100%. The variables observed were height, number of buds, number of branches, plant fresh weight, root fresh weight, crown fresh weight, plant dry weight, root dry weight, dry weight. Data was analyzed by using F test and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with 5% error rate.
