APLIKASI FUZZY INFERENCE SYSTEM SUGENO DALAM PENENTUAN KEBUTUHAN PROTEIN DAN ENERGI PADA BALITA

ABSTRAK. Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Sugeno merupakan sistem penalaran yang didasarkan pada teknik implikasi fuzzy. Pada penelitian ini, FIS Sugeno diaplikasikan untuk menentukan kebutuhan energi dan protein pada balita. Terdapat tiga variabel input yang digunakan yaitu tinggi badan, berat badan, dan aktifitas. Tahapan FIS Sugeno terdiri dari fuzzifikasi, pemberian aturan dasar fuzzy, dan proses defuzzifikasi. Fuzzifikasi dilakukan dengan mengubah variabel input yang benilai tegas ke dalam variabel input yang bernilai fuzzy. Pada variabel input yang telah bernilai fuzzy diberikan aturan dasar fuzzy yang berbentuk implikasi fuzzy. Output yang bernilai fuzzy lalu didefuzzifikasi dengan menggunakan rumus rata-rata terbobot agar diperoleh output yang bernilai tegas. Untuk mempermudah penggunaan FIS Sugeno dibuat program menggunakan Macro Excel. Dari hasil perhitungan beberapa balita dengan umur yang sama diperoleh hasil jika berat badan bertambah maka kebutuhan energi dan protein bertambah. Kemudian jika aktivitas bertambah maka kebutuhan energi dan protein juga bertambah. Sebaliknya, jika tinggi badan bertambah maka kebutuhan energi dan protein akan berkurang.

ABSTRACT. Fuzzy inference system (FIS) Sugeno is a system of reasoning based on technique fuzzy implications. In this research, FIS Sugeno is applied to determine the amount of energy and protein needed for toddlers. There are three input variables which are used are the height of the body, the weight of the body, and the activity. The steps FIS Sugeno are fuzzification, giving basic rules of fuzzy, and defuzzification. Fuzzyfication is held by changing the input variables which has the crisp into a input variable which has fuzzy. Then, basic rules of fuzzy implication are applied to the fuzzy input variable. To get the crips output, the fuzzificaton is applied to the fuzzy output variables using the weighted average method. To simplify the calculation process of FIS Sugeno, it has been composed a code program using Macro Excel. Based on the testing result of some toddlers with the same ages, it is obtained that if the weight increase so the needing of energy and protein also increase. Then if the activity increase so the needing of energy and protein also increase. On the other hand, if the height increase so the needing of energy and protein will decrease.
